Location is convenient, with lot's of restaurants within walking distance, and 20 minutes walk to Paulista Ave.- the central business hub. of Sao Paulo The room's decor and furniture are kind of old and outdated, looks like they are from the 70s! Needs a major update/redesign. The concept of an "all suite" hotel is not relevant for my trip- the kitchen and so-called "sitting area" are waste of space. while the so-called "bedroom" could be a bit larger. The electrical outlets are not well located for phone charging and/computer. TV does not have streaming service. Most of the reception staff do not speak English, I have a hard time communicating!

Location very good Upgrade the rooms

Location, apartment size, new towels and linens Bed too hard and there’s no soundproof windows and you can also hear the neighbor through the walls. Too noise sometimes.
-
The apartment itself was simple but met our needs. Nothing particularly special, but it was comfortable enough. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they kindly allowed us a late check-out.

Not applicable unfortunately. Had to leave super early for a flight, so wasn't able to get to it. Maybe next time! Some renovation would be welcome. I believe rooms may vary significantly. Although price point is fair - so maybe unfair to expect major renovations as they will likely move away from a good price point.

The mid century architecture and the restaurant. And the beds were nice and hard. Nothing

It is an incredible location, the rooms are really sweet with a small sitting room and a kitchen, the breakfast is very good the staff is very helpful. I have been a customer for 25 years and would not consider any other place in São Paulo The bed is a bit hard.

We loved the hotel’s patina - the original mid-century furnishing is a treasure, which I hope they will keep. The location is perfect on R. Oscar Freire in the cozy and very safe Jardins neighborhood. Gorgeous breakfast at the hotels own Michelin starred restaruant Picchi - which we also tried an were amazed by. Our first choice if revisiting São Paulo. -

Everything apart from breakfast. The staff were unprofessional and the scrambled eggs and coffee were not nice Breakfast

Great location Room furnishings were a bit dated

Great location - it was the main reason I chose this hotel ! The hotel has a 24h service so it's great as we arrived with a late flight. The breakfast was awesome, a very traditional Brazilian breakfast and we could do additional requests as the chef was available ! We had a beautiful day so we were able to enjoy the pool on the rooftop and were alone - it was definitely a plus ! The overall appearance of the rooms and hotel facilities was kind of old - everything was clean but not very new. The contact with the hotel via booking was not great (even in Portuguese) and we weren't able to have much information or questions answered before our arrival. The night receptionist was not that welcoming and simply handed us the room keys with no further details (we had to ask the breakfast hours, location, check out time, pull location and opening hours and other basic rules of an hotel). The staff was nice during the rest of our stay.
