The breakfast was tasty and the staff there were nice and helpful. Internet was spotty, the room was clean but dingy - my shower didn’t work well, the shampoo was empty, and the bathroom door hit the toilet. I didn’t feel safe walking around the immediate area - I think it’s gotten worse in recent years.

Very central location. Friendly staff Gym had only three equipments. Two treadmills and a very dificult to operate multi functional press machine

Excellent selection of breakfast...plus there are both lunch and dinner options for a very reasonable price. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and I especially enjoyed the help and smile of Alex.

The property has a 24h front desk which enabled us to check in at 2AM due to an unplanned delay with our transportation. The room was clean, functional. The breakfast has varied options. The staff is nice. We were also allowed to leave our bags in a secure room for many hours after checking out. The staff does not speak a lot of English but we managed to communicate.

Breakfasts are excellent with assorted foods and fruits, although menus are identical for 2 days. Restaurants and convenience stores are close. When I paid the accommodation fee, I repeatedly told a Hotel manager that I would pay it by my credit card in Brazil Real. But, about an hour later I got to know that the actual settlement was not made by Brazil Real but by US dollar with 12% markup. Accordingly, in order to get rid of the markup, I requested the Hotel manager to cancel this US dollar denominated transaction and to settle again in Brazil Real. Surprisingly, the Hotel manager replied to me that he is sorry but there is no way to cancel credit card transactions, once they are transacted, arguing that the 12% markup in US dollar transaction would not go to the Hotel but to Brazilian government. However, this big additional tax burden has not been mentioned at the pricing information or on my voucher. At least, it should be notified to me at the moment of payment. Anyway, if a foreigner wants to pay in Brazil Real by credit card in this Hotel, he/she needs to take into account that there are possibilities to experience a similar uncomfortable situation.

We were checked into the room, which looked like bedsheets were not changed from the previous guest. There were marks all over the sheets and loads of hair. We have asked for a different room and were moved straight away. The second room was cleaner, but still cleanliness needs to be improved. The shower was very small.
