Somebody stole stuffs in both bedrooms

Value, location staff was very nice. We have stayed here before.

I knew this hotel from four earlier visits. Clean, quiet rooms, good breakfast. However, having asked for a quiet rooms, we got a room where we ensured building activities from 8:30 am. Requested a discount. The only answer we got was a laugh. Next visit to this hotel will be cancelled.

A educação e atenção dos funcionários e a limpeza do hotel. Fiquei hospedada no quarto 06, e no lado de fora do quarto ficaba um carrinho de serviço e quando os funcionarios iam utilizar o carrinho fazia muito barulho, chegando a acordar que estava no quarto

Pleasant

Not the best area of the city, but a visible police presence, so I never felt at risk. Good Brazilian breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs, and of course lots of carbs. I expect the hotel is frequented primarily by Brazilians as English and Spanish are not widely spoken or understood. Mosquitos are a real problem. Having anti-mosquito plug-ins in each room would be a great idea.......but at least bringing your own is essential if you plan to stay here.

Braekfast was nice, matrasses in the bed, additional blankets - nice and clean, price was ok Very wet room w/o sunshine, quite cold room, no window, noisy rooms (no noise from the street, but every noise from the hotel we heard in the room), nobody english speaking

The location, the pizzas, the bed was big, the staff were friendly The breakfasts: too many cakes and not enough other stuff. Boiled eggs would have been nice and a few sliced tomatoes, for example..And hot pepper sauce to put on the boiled mandioca and the scrambled eggs..But the coffee was excellent

Staff cannot speak english but they are nice. The check in process was simple and easy. My room was spacious and clean but could need some renovation. The breakfast was good. The location seems unsafe at night

Good location, clean and comfortable basic accommodation. Perfectly acceptable. Mini bar in the room. Breakfast included. A minor issue as I think the welcome at the check in is an important opportunity to cause a good first impression. I didn’t like the attitude of one member of staff when I arrived to check in. Although they promptly accommodated my request for a room at a higher floor (I had been given a room in the ground floor), it was not done in a friendly way. It made me feel bad for asking. Maybe it is just my impression, but a friendly smile would have made the contact so much more pleasant. It was my first stay at this hotel. I had been wanting to try it for a while during my twice yearly trips to São Paulo. I’m afraid, at the current rate, basic facilities and not great first impression, I prefere to stay in one of the neighbouring hotels I have been staying for the past few years.

I loved it, the staff are all so friendly and helpful, I just love the hotel, the area, close to Smart Fit gym, loads of shops and restaurants, and buzzing nightlife. I had to leave, my trip was over

The sheets were old and almost yellow, towels were very old, the room was not clean, and we had bugs on the floor. The window was missing (we had only half of the window) and was very noisy
