Staff were very helpful, and i was grateful to drop off one of my bags early, breakfast was nice. Room itself quite noisy with air conditioners of building next door, and basic thin matress. Area safe. Room at the back was noisy awith airconditioners from the building next door. Matress a bit thin. Area was ok.

The location is great. Close to many of São Paulo attractions. The rooms are very loud. You can hear everything and everyone. Our bathroom was close to the staircase, and the automatic light blinked all night. The mattress is very hard. The staff did not help recommend places and let us know how to get to famous attractions.

The staff is very polite and helpful! The building is being refurbished. It’s clean, but it is not a luxury place. Some bathrooms could lack at least a shower curtain. The breakfast is simple, but it could be improved by adding more tea options and, at least, a paid expresso machine.

On a side road in a lively area of the city with plenty of craft beer and suchlike options nearby, plus a metro station 5 minutes walk away. Good guys on the desk, room was clean and perfectly adequate, the aircon was good! All in all a good option for a no frills stay in the area, I'd definitely stop again. Can be a bit noisy with the tiled floors but was OK for us. Fairly basic, but that's what we wanted.

I liked the neighbourhood and the breakfast was great The staff is unprofessional, it is a shame that the staff does not speak nor understand English to the sufficient level to communicate with the client. The worst is that water in the bathroom was out of supply and nobody has informed me about it nor offered alternative rooms with the water supply. As a result, the water was out of supply in my room for about 12 hours which is totally unacceptable.
