Well this place is easy to miss during the day.. But at night it has big flashing lights that you cannot miss. It is close to the Faria Lima location and well located. The price for tbr 3 days I stayed was unbeatable.. But I figured out why... So, on booking.com this place was listed as a hotel, not a motel. So I was very surprised when I entered the room and on several occasions you can hear people having sex because the walls are a bit thin.. However, it was very clean and neat.. They did offer housecleaning every day. The TV and wifi was spotty at times and there is a big set of stairs you must climb to get to your room. Also for some reason the water pressure was weak for several hours one day.. Maybe due to maintenance Aside from one rather rude desk clerk, all others were nice, understanding and accommodating.

Nothing Sex motel. This is the second time it’s happened to me on booking.com. This HAS to be explicitly and clearly stated on booking.com. It’s disgusting. What if this was a family, an evangelical, siblings on a trip together, me and my nan!!! Booking has a duty here that it is ignoring. There needs to be a pop-up that warns customers that what they are about to boon is a sex hotel. The description and pictures did not make this clear.

Was a sex motel and was disgusting, rubber sheets, loud music and whores moaning. absolutely terrible. No possibility to get a microwave and barely any fridge space. the place was clearly not meant for long stays and was not obvious at the time of booking. Was to be charged cancellation after coming to realize it and did not want to loose money

Location is good, near the subway and other hip parts of the city. It is basically a sex hotel, couples book it hourly and have sex. You hear sex sounds from everywhere. There is no sound-proofing.

Room service there are no elevators, you have to carry your bag upstairs as there are staff to help

The room had a powerful a/c, TV, and radio. The food items were not expensive. The room had a window with constant noises coming from inside the building. The a/c didn't have temperature control and there wasn't a blanket in the room. The bathroom was tiny and the toilet seat was plastic and broken. The floor of both the bed and bathroom were greasy. Only accessible with stairs.

We really liked that it was so close to the metro, clean, comfy, and had good food to order late at night. It is an "adult only" hotel but it is definetly worth the value for a one day layover. Consider it if your looking for value! My credit or debit card didn't go through so I had to pay in cash. Also had to ask the attendant for the remote to the tv to watch some Netflix.
