Flexibility and attention. I really liked that one day i stayed in the room the entire morning doing some work and on afternoon that i left for a tour, they cleaned the room :-) also the late check in possibility was a good option for me. The facilities are a bit old. The bathroom had a lot of mug and towels very old and hard.

The shower very small difficult to get in and out. Dangerous if there is an accident. No balance between hot and cold water. This is why not value for money. For over US$ 200 a night very poor compared to even 100 in other places

Nothing The hotel was extremely overpriced at $350 per night and offered very poor value for money. The room was dirty, the faucet was broken, and there was not even soap provided in the bathroom. The hotel was also very noisy, with practically no soundproofing, making it difficult to rest or sleep properly. To make matters worse, the room only had a single bed, which was quite disappointing considering the price charged. The staff themselves even seemed embarrassed by the condition and quality of the hotel, which says a lot about the overall experience. Overall, it was a very frustrating and unpleasant stay.

Nice room, very clean and stylish. Perfect for one night. Very good breakfast. Parking is not included. We paid R$ 50 for just 12 hours stay.

I'd offer complimentary water. A safe would have been helpful. An iron as well.

Location was very convenient to me, close to my appointment the following day. Breakfast had a good selection especially in view of standard Brazilian breakfast The staff wasn't very friendly, overall service was average both during check in as well as breakfast

The staff was amazing, I missed room service though. The building was nice, but a little far from groceries, pharmacies.. the breakfast was okay. That would be nicer if there was room service
-
Modern, decent breakfast Bedroom too small

Location, restaurant One reception guy very impolite. Maybe because he is not Brazilian and speaks Spanish but he should be trained how to speak with costumers.

The staff are great

This was actually our second stay at this location. It is good value, and well located to reach many of Sao Paulo's sights by quick Uber ride. It has a nice vibe downstairs, too. N/A
-
Good location / save neighborhood 1) ongoing construction within the property which never was mentioned during the check in 2) property staff doesn’t speak English 3) outdated rooms, bathrooms with mold
-
Very few amenities. Not even glasses in the room.
-
I thought the parking space was included, but I had to pay for parking when leaving after checking out.
-
The room was slightly darker than I would have liked. An extra light or too might go a long way. The online food ordering service the hotel offers needs work on the online tool side. But the staff did great when picking up the food

The hotel is very well located. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Breakfast had a variety of options including fresh fruits, cheese bread, and eggs. I have celiac disease and the restaurant staff was able to accommodate my needs, providing safe foods and serving me separately. The rooms are small. The towels smelled like they had been stored for a long time and were rough. I would say it is expensive for the amenities offered. I would consider this an excellent hostel.
