I just didn’t like the yellow wall in the room. I don’t think the color yellow goes nice with hotels, especially in the rooms.

No water in room and breakfast was weak bread not fresh,coffee weak.hiltons run nicer in Usa.

The hotel is in a very safe neighborhood. It is ideal for many places you would want to go to. Definitely a must stay in Sao Paulo. Will be back to the same hotel if i visit SP in the future. The staff were amazing a bunch of very nice people. I don’t know if there is anything i didn’t like about the hotel

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Good location/neighborhood. Other than comforter issue (see below), room and bathroom were clean. And despite there being construction nearby, did not hear much/any noise. One bed had a comforter that had splotches, unclear if it was not cleaned or something that they couldn't remove even with cleaning. Upon arrival, only one water bottle in room despite being two guests, was told additional will cost a fee, c'mon! Breakfast was also underwhelming.

Spacious and clean rooms with an attentive and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Great locations that is quiet, but within walking distance of great bars, cafe, small shops, and restaurants. Perfect area for a chill night out with upscale choices and local businesses. Less than 20 min drive to all other fun neighborhoods and tourist attractions. 5 min walk to the train/subway station.

Great location close to the center of SP, easy access to the metro. Staff can speak some english should you need it. Safe and secure site. Cozy and well kept rooms. Worth the price if you need a reliable and stress free experience.
