Location was good. Safe neighborhood. Guests cannot enter the hotel by their selves. They must ring a bell, speak in Portuguese with the staff, and wait for them to unlock the entry door. I really disliked the situation. Beds are comfortable but nothing to write how about, same about breakfast and cleaning.

Noisy because my room was closer to a big avenue

Clean and organized The street was a bit noisy and the property does not offer parking

Leticia at reception was amazing. She was friendly, smiling, and helpful! In fact, she helped a lot. She was one of the best ice experienced in many years of global travel. The staff in the kitchen was friendly. The other people at reception during our stay were moderately friendly The value for price paid was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good though they had trouble keeping up even when it wasn't very busy. The hotel was very well located except that we were on a very busy street and there was a lot of noise all night. We had a broken fan in our room. Nobody fixed it or said anything about fixing it. The other workers at reception besides Leticia weren't as friendly as she was. The hotel was very well located except that we were on a very busy street and there was a lot of noise all night.

I stayed there twice (so it means, it is good enough to go back :-) ). I appreciate the location, very convenient to avenues and highways but still with restaurants & cafés close to walk. It is also quit, a PLUS in Sao Paulo. The place used to be residence for monks or nuns, so it has a quite cocky/boring/stuffy atmosphere (and religous decoration everywhere) in the public areas but also in the rooms. Breakfast is good, for brazilian hotel standards nothing special. Eating room like in a YMCA-home.

Everything is perfect. The staff, the location, the room, space and cost. I don’t know how much they might be charging when you read this but for me it was below average price and higher than average in value.
