Staff did not speak too much English, in case that is important to you. AC was a bit loud. Shower facilities were old and water did not drain super well.

It’s a nice hotel overall. The furniture is a bit outdated, but it’s still in good condition and well maintained. The air conditioning works very well, although it can be a little noisy at times. Breakfast is served on the 7th floor, where you can enjoy a beautiful view. There was a good variety of options, and the food was very tasty. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that the cups in the room looked slightly cloudy, as if they had been washed in the dishwasher without rinse aid or hadn’t been properly polished.

The only thing we didn't like was that the mini-fridge was too loud for comfort.

We loved the breakfast (cafe da manha) served in a restaurant on top of the hotel, with awesome views of the Citiy. The breakfast selection was great with all kind of pastries, bread and cakes.

Location is great! Room very noisy. A lot of lights in the room(tv, light control). AC very noisy. Bathroom very small. Don't expect any comfort. It is a good hotel for one night stay only.

Very nice breakfast area and spread . Very pleasant staff. Whist booking I booked for an extra day not realising the day of my departure was a day earlier. The hotel nor booking .com would help me recover the one days rental. I requested to be refunded post taxes and commissions. Nothing happened

Very well located, included parking is a plus! Breakfeast has a nice view from São Paulo. Staff was educated and well trained. Air conditioning was noisy but with a nice breeze and the fridge was a bit noisy as well.

Nice triple room, staff friendly, breakfast very good. Overall a good place to stay for a couple of nights but some negatives as below. Not enough plug sockets, just one outside the bathroom. Hotel very very slow to respond to query despite messaging through booking.com or emailing direct. Aircon unit at knee height directly next to one bed.

the location is in the center of the city. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice. The rooms needs renovation. The price over benefit is not good.
