Staff were very friendly and helpful Some of the walls in the hall area really looked like a third rate youth hostel. While the pool was nice, and the breakfast was good, the overall facility was certainly not a four-star hotel.

The location is excelente. The beds were very confortable. Room with microwave. Towels were old, had stains and they recognized to have problems with the outsourced laudry provided. No tableware in the room.

The room was very comfortable and clean Only two lifts since the 3rd one was out of service. One of the working lifts was for the staff members but staff were usually using both lifts, causing a long time waiting for them to be available for the guests

The staff was proactively helpful from the moment of arrival to checkout. I felt very safe walking alone in the immediate area, and there was plenty to do. Also, it was a short uber/taxi ride to places like Batman's Alley and other attractions.

Surprisingly delicious fresh-cooked dinner at the restaurant. I was placed in a room with accessibility features. That may have been why there was no rug or carpet. That would have made it more comfortable.

Staff were very friendly and always happy to help when needed it. The hotel is in a good location. 30 min away from the airport and 20 min drive from the town center. Our room ( standard double) was OK. The bathroom was terrible with mould in the shower area. The room is in need of serious renovation.

Very clean, comfy and spacious room. The staff was also very friendly. There aren't many vegan options available for breakfast ( they have almond milk, with cereal and fruits) so the restaurant manager was so kind to make a special vegan breakfast options for me - pancakes or cooked tofu. I really appreciated the extra care and for making me feel welcome.

The corridors and other little details weren't screaming "executive suite". Good thing we got that room at a slight discount, as I would definitely have been more disappointed had I paid full price.

The hotel is decent and you get what you expect at a hotel. Traffic noice but this has nothing to do with the hotel. There is a lot of traffic in Sao Paulo.
