I love the location! The most thing I didn’t like were the noise coming from the above floor!people walking on right reels late night,moving furniture it was insane.I never stay at this place again,and don’t remember to anyone.

Its location. I faced an overbooking situation and it was really frustrating after spending the full day working and not having my accomodation available, even though it has been confirmed in the system.

The property is nice and a block away from a shopping center and the stadium!

Staff is friendly and location is very good for Barra Funda. Tired furniture, plumbing not great - in the standard for this price range in SP though.

Staff was amazing! Even if i dont speak portuguese they did an amazing job! Also help me since i went to the hotel super early (4am) to rest! The bed can be better

Great breakfast. Great location immediately next to Allianz Parque. Very helpful and kind staff. Awesome kitchen, A/C, bed and bathroom. It takes a little while to get an elevator on peak hours (2 elevators for 19 floors).

It was close to the show I wanted to see, about 50 steps away. The property was attentive to our entry and exit whether on foot or driving, it was a secure place to stay in a great neighborhood of São Paulo. Breakfast was nice, although common for most hotels across Brazil. The beds were comfortable and the pillows even more so, we enjoyed our stay. We felt that the prices for the items in the refrigerator were overpriced, sure there’s a convenience charge to using these items, but for three times the price?

The location, the staff and the comfort The shower is very old. The basin spills water all over the bathroom. The bathroom door doesn’t close properly. There should be a toaster for the breakfast.
