the view from the veranda is very nice, the room is very nicely decorated. we visited in winter on a cold weekend but room warmed up easily.

I liked the Villa that we booked as its lake view and closed to the facilities and restaurant. The breakfast wonderful and the food in general The reservation was in Euros but the payment on arrival in Turkish lira and the currency difference is not in the interest of the customers. Not closed to the market as you need a car, also the sound of the train is annoying.

Villa room size is acceptable - Other rooms are very very tight. Dogs are annoying at night - having dogs allowed with the guests at rooms made me feel uncomfortable at all - Lake is not clean and need huge work from the hotel to make it acceptable.

The breakfast was amazing. Location is extra ordinary. It was a well developed complex overall i had a good experience. Unfortunately the drainage system was not working properly as the water in the shower spoils around which needs attention

so many things that I was disappointed with,, firstly the noises of the train woke me up in the middle of the night that meant there weren’t any soundproofing in the property, also the cleaning wasn’t that good on the second day thay organized the bed and took the dirty towels and that’s it they didn’t bring new ones or new bed sheets, also the room service it was like there is no room service, they ignored my needs when I called them midnight, but the next day when I complained they did everything I wanted.

besides that there wasn’t any activities, housekeeping wasn’t the best for sure, unclean bed, insect in the room, hated the bathroom, and no activities.
