The only positive part of our stay was Mehmet, who went out of his way to help. He translated and communicated with the staff, sincerely tried to resolve the situation, arranged a complimentary room upgrade, and looked for another comparable room with the basic amenities we were supposed to have. - No hot water from the time we checked in, despite multiple promises that it would be fixed. - Repeated delays and failed repair attempts, forcing us to spend our vacation waiting instead of relaxing. - Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable, constantly disconnecting and practically unusable. - The hotel suggested a larger room **for an additional charge** instead of taking responsibility for the lack of basic services. - We had to check out early and move to another hotel because the problems were never resolved. - The refund process was frustrating, with repeated follow-ups through Booking.com and the hotel later changing its position by offering only a partial refund after initially agreeing to a full refund for the unused nights. - Overall, the experience was unprofessional, disappointing, and far below the standard expected from a hotel.

Everything was fantastic

Noisy highway all night long. Disappointing location... far from the lake... But, actually, there is no a paved promenade along the lake side (yet) at all. So, the whole Sapanca did not make any impression.

It was clean and well maintained and the staff are very nice

The place was extremely clean and very well maintained. The nature around the property was beautiful and truly relaxing. Even though the environment was very quiet and peaceful, there was absolutely no disturbance. The interior design of the villa was modern, clean, and thoughtfully done, and all facilities were fully provided nothing was missing. Everything was planned down to the smallest details; even the bathroom had a heating system, which made a big difference. The property is very family-friendly and suitable for families. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Mehmet, who welcomed us on arrival and assisted us with everything in a very kind and friendly way. Secure parking and on-site security made us feel completely safe. The cleanliness was exceptional bedding, towels, and all equipment were perfectly clean. The dishwasher and washing machine were also a big plus Nothing at all. Everything was perfect

When Turning on AC the air smelled like a ash tray like if tenant smoked in the villas. With a baby this was so bad.

Good location. AC works nicely. The villa is much bigger that how it seems in the photos. Very convenient unit with everything you need, plates cutlery etc. Standalone Villa, with a nice outdoor sitting area. Nice staff, very helpful. Nice and quiet in the night we actually had a nice sleep. The villa I got was close to the pool, which is a good thing, if we were to use the pool. Parking is available, and location is very close to restaurants, pharmacies and cafes etc (walking distance). We stayed one night, but with the nice setup, this unit is good to be a home for a much longer time. The toilets can use some maintenance, the sink and toilet are loose, the shower leaks outside the cabinet. Furniture is a bit dated. Overall these were minor issues that didn’t affect our stay.

The location The staff was so friendly found Sapanca to be quite boring with nothing much to do in the area. The weather was extremely hot and humid, which made it uncomfortable to enjoy the outdoors. The hotel itself was very basic — breakfast was served in a divided tray, similar to what you’d find in a school or military setting. There was only one swimming pool, and it was the size of a small private home pool. Overall, there was nothing entertaining or enjoyable, and I felt genuinely depressed during my stay. I would not recommend it for anyone looking for a fun or relaxing vacation.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! Everything was top-notch, from the service to the cleanliness. The highlight for me was definitely the swimming pool – it was super cool, clean, and a great place to relax. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay

The resort is beautiful and peaceful, the area is close to restaurants and other services. There is a swimming pool and a garden with children’s playground and pet animals. There were many dogs inside the resort and around the villas, which made it uncomfortable for us as guests when going in and out. In addition, there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. Also, the villa doors and windows were difficult to close and lock and required a special way to do so. I hope they fix these issues

Park for the kids and swimming pool. The nights were really noisy. I could hear a lot noises from outside or neighbours.

Location the villa 2 bedrooms was good for families you have private garden and washing machine and small kitchen Na Just keep in mind to bring you all personal items with you like tooth kit and towels and you own iron because some time the iron not available
