Property is of a very high quality with excellent facilities. One of our favorites was the gym. It is among the best hotel gyms we have seen anywhere across our travels. Nothing really.

From the arrival to fast check in and we received our room within 10 minutes, the rooms was cosy and comfortable and spacious, the view was great , we stayed for 3 nights , the price for half board i think it worth it. The breakfast was great ( not excellent) , any additional drinks with a fees ( coffee and fresh orange juice) , mid day 3:30 to 4:30 tea hour for dessert , tea and variety of salad and snacks options. Dinner buffet was excellent and they changed the main course every day, it was nice culinary experience trying different turkish food everyday , the facilities from indoor pool ( 1 for adults , 1 for women only , and 1 for families with children) and spa was amazing, the hotel area and the forest walk was something enjoyable to do everyday, The location of the hotel near the cable cars walking distance, Being 5 stars luxury retreat cleanliness should beca must , especially around the buffet area, i had 2 incidents with ants near the food section, and othe incident ( small water bug within the seating area) which I wouldn’t expect to be seen inside the facility, being large facilities with indoor pools to enjoy, I expect to use the facilities i came for so 1 day the adult pool was out of service, and the other days families and children was using it although it clearly labeled for adults only .. and there is another pool for families with children , they should keep an eye on this matter..

In chick-out i call them for 3 time to take my bags and no body show up and i take my bags by my self. A/C need service and i call them but no body fix it

every thing was really good clean and food nice and delicious service was really great there is a smell in the blanket of the bed because of washing and maybe not drying.

NG Enjoy Sapanca is a beautifully located and impeccably clean hotel. The surrounding facilities are excellent, making it a great choice for those looking for relaxation and stunning natural scenery. However, while the hotel has a lot of potential, several areas need significant improvement. Breakfast Excellence: The breakfast at NG Enjoy Sapanca is truly outstanding, with an excellent variety that caters to a wide range of tastes. From traditional Turkish delicacies to international options, the breakfast spread is well-thought-out, fresh, and delicious—a great way to start the day. Cleanliness: The hotel maintains a very high standard of cleanliness in all areas, which is commendable. Location: The location is fantastic, nestled in a serene environment that offers a great escape from city life. Facilities: The amenities around the hotel are well-maintained, providing guests with plenty of options for leisure and comfort. Dinner Options: Unfortunately, the dining experience does not match the hotel's overall quality. The dinner menu lacks variety and appears to cater predominantly to Turkish guests. This limited approach can leave international guests feeling overlooked. Improving the diversity of meal options would significantly enhance the guest experience. Overpricing: Over the last five years, the hotel has become increasingly overpriced compared to other hotels of the same level. This shift might discourage returning and potential guests, especially when better value options are available elsewhere. Reservation System: The online reservation system is restrictive, catering almost exclusively to the local market. As an international guest, you cannot book directly with the hotel or access special offers, which is a significant drawback. Socket Converter Unavailability: The hotel uses two-pin sockets and does not provide black socket converters for foreign guests. Neither the hotel nor nearby shops offer these converters, so travelers should bring their own to avoid inconvenience. Staff Attitude: The attitude of the management and staff toward foreign guests, particularly Arab visitors, is disappointing. Many times, their behavior feels unwelcoming or even rude. The management needs to work on their staff's attitude and behavior toward non-Turkish guests and introduce more guest-friendly policies to attract a broader range of international guests.

Love the hotel environment and have all the things family needed .. thanks for everyone to make our stay in hotel remarkable .. Have many cafe .. entertainment… for adult and kids

Great place and service. Front desk doing great job. Very big rooms, everything is new. Huge pool, very green outside. Nice food selection. The only thing that surprised was that no coffee or cappuccino at breakfast.
