Room size and ambience.

Clean and comfortable. As expected of Marriott. Comfortable beds. Clean room.

The spaciousness of the rooms for what you pay for and how clean the whole place is. Staff was so helpful when it came to parking and checking in early. Only con could be the distance from the main street but I wouldnt really put it as a con.

Location is good and the parking is right behind the hotel. They provide baby cot and bathing tub for baby too, which is convenient. The food in the restaurant are delicious as well. Shocking service from a hotel operated by such a big international brand. We stayed here for 3 nights with a 1-year old baby, on the last night the air conditioner of the whole of our floor broke down. It was only emitting wind, no cool wind, my baby kept waking up because it was too hot. We called the front desk and they said the maintenance is on its way. After more than an hour, it was not fixed. It was MIDNIGHT and we had to change rooms. But the hotel said they had no extra baby cot, so they had to come in and move our existing cot to the new room. We had 4 luggages too. After much disruption, inconvenience and ABSOLUTE CHAOS, we finally settled down at 1am. Whole ordeal took more than 2 hours and the hotel had the audacity to simply "we apologise" the next morning and that they "will speak with the general manager". Abysmal service with disregard to families traveling with children. Disappointing for the Marriott brand. We chose this hotel specifically because of the branding, we thought it would be a guarantee for good service. Turns out it's a hotel that does not value its customers and is unaccommodating for families with young children! Never again!!

Great location, clean and spacious rooms by Japan standards. Excellent staff

I did not check before i booked that there is no private bath, the public bath is so crowded its too small we need to wait for the availibity of the shower and hair dryer, the ofuro is top small you can even relax to many people

Breakfast was well worth it, a great start to our morning Just a little off the track for a walker but we walked to most things anyway. Just a bit more time to get to the main areas

Great buffet breakfast and in-house dining, nice interiors, free Lounge ticket incentive, elevator security feature, across from Nakajima Park Staff was not attentive to arriving guests. No one assisted with our luggage.

Great staff and easy check in process, car park super practical and close. Rooms and hotel nicely decorated with everything needed in the room. Great breakfast. Rooms were overheated in winter to my taste and could have been a bit bigger given how big the hotel is. Pillows are too big and too soft.

Location was convenient by metro or taxi. Hotel felt new and modern. Very clean room.

The location of the hotel is very good and the onsen is very clean There was a short hair lady with glasses at the reception who was very unfriendly. We have a car and when we checked out we told her we were only park for one night. But she pretended she didn't hear that and just wanted to charge us for the week parking fee.When we reminded her again that it was only one night she asked us to prove it. I said you can check cctv. In the end, she reluctantly charged for one day. When she make the final payment, she just use the calculator to show me the price,even not show me the details? All the other customers have paper details but we don't .She didn't look happy till we done all the procedure. It made me disappointed ?
