No washlet and ultra thin toilet paper = gross!! (Use your imagination)

We had reservations for 3 beds room , unfortunately my daughter couldn’t make it for this trip . Therefore I asked to downgrade to only 2 beds room . I totally understand that sometimes the reservations is unchangeable . But it would be nice to be able to downgrade yo 2 beds . Not only for the money but also don’t want to waste the extra bed . Probably another family could use . Unfortunately when I checked in . I asked to downgrade . The hotel reception said NO ! ?

We had our bikes and needed to store the bike. The manager didn’t seem to approve of us wanting us to the store our bike

Very clean. The spa (bath house) was beautifully designed and clean as well. They had two different kinds of pillows, one of which is the kind I love! I have never seen it at any other hotel. It was a pleasant surprise!

Good Accommadation

Everything at this hotel was very good except the parking. we were allowed to only park and stay. If you used the car during that parking period, you have to pay parking charge again. The staff's English was also very limited, making it very difficult to communicate. However, its breakfast, public bath and room were excellence.

It wasn't as expensive as other hotels, however, I was extorted a significant fee that could not be shown anywhere in the contract at checkout. This removed the savings I would have had on initial checkout to a more comfortable and better located hotel. The staff were extremely rude and treated us as less deserving to be served. They refused to communicate with translation apps, they would not speak english. We were deinied paid breakfast over other customers. The staff skipped our meals and ignored us while serving multiple other guests who sat after us. The hotel ignored our complaints and would not comment. The beds are as hard as a boxspring mattress. Do not plan on a restful sleep. You will be sorry you ever booked this hotel line.

Small rooms, they turned off the heater during the day. It was golden week so everything was way too crowded, especially the onsen.

Location, room service and cleanliness- amazing and wonderful staffs. All places nearby. Not like, but i think staff be more available- so we feel at home.

Very good location near Sapporo park and Nakajima station. Onsen and breakfast are the best thing in the hotel. Different choices of breakfast. The room is too small for us even we chose the room according to our needs. The staff couldn’t speak English and they didn’t even try to use the translation. We need to try by ourselves to communicate.

Near train station very accessible to Susukino and Nakajima Park Urinal smells bad like its has leak from ground floor thou we stayed at 23th floor

Location and onsen

The breakfast buffet had a large variety. The onsen was a great experience i went to nearly every night. The spa services were enjoyable. Restaurants had good food. Nowhere to put luggage…under bed would have been nice, but it was not high enough. I was kicked out of the gift shop while I was looking at drinks and had one in my hand to buy, because the shop was closing—like she couldn’t wait 5 minutes longer and let me purchase a drink. The restaurant wouldn’t let you take food up to your room.

Very near the mtr station good location. Around the hotel, there are many restaurants Breakfast is great But really the room is really small ? than not suitable for two luggage open at the same time

Comfortable rooms with fitness and work spaces, the onsen and sauna are great for relaxing at end of the day
