Easily accessible and has Lawson underneath . Facilities were clean and great. The staff were very helpful Sometimes the room heating was a bit too much but that wasn’t a big issue, I loved my stay.

Only there for 1 night, but the room was ideal for our family. We had the twin bed plus 2x extra bed configuration. Not a huge amount of room around the beds but if we hadn't had the extra beds in there, there would have been space and furniture for a sitting area. Very clean and quiet, and very close to Nakajima Park and the subway stop. Breakfast was great, we pre-booked and it was good value with a wide selection. The kids buffet was a treat, with mini pancakes, ice cream and other things. Service was lovely and we were able to leave our baggage for a couple of hours between check-out and heading to the airport.

I like the convienience of this place. There is lawson right below the hotel and train station is just 3 mins walk.They have the amenities i wanted. They do have coin laundry too! None. This hotel is just perfect.

Location is key. Nakajimakoen Park and station are just at the corner. Really wonderful for nature lovers, at the same time easy access to anywhere.

The hotel was close to the train station and it had a Lawson attached to it by the lobby The bedroom was very spacious and had a bath tub. The breakfast option was very good Lobby area wasn’t very welcoming

This property offers a convenient location, within a five-minute walk of the nearest train station, and represents excellent value; it is both clean and spacious. Furthermore, a Lawson convenience store is located within the building and laundry. We plan to return.

The lighting of the hotel is a bit dark. maybe can switch the lighting mode a lil bit

Maybe improve on bathroom cleanliness as I saw some brown stains on sink and mold in tub.

Room is huge for Japanese standard! Big windows, couch, tables. We can open our luggages well. Good location, near the bustling Susukino area but more on the quiet part. Has a Lawson convenience store at the first floor. Helpful staff. Great gym facilities. Room was dusty when we checked in. They also do not clean thorougly and forget to replace mugs / coffee.

I Love everything about the hotel. The friendly staff & most importantly everything is just walking distance. The only thing i didn't really like is the laundry is kinda dusty and needs cleaning , but overall everything else is perfect and I would definitely book again in the future. We will definitely come back
