Exactly what we need . Bed and clean sheets. Hot shower . Great location . Easy check in wifi works perfectly. Staff at check in is very nice . I think she even speaks multiple languages. Very talented and kind . NO complain .

It’s very near to the Nakajima Koen It’s so noisy. You can hear other people moving whole night and I had to go complain. Rooms are not so clean. If you don’t properly close the bathtub flow, it smells

I was there on cherry blossom season and the front of the hotel is absolutely beautiful.

Location Staff extra helpful Clean Family room: 3 comfortable single beds, washing machine, sofa, kettle, fridge, cups and complimentary teabags 6th floor and great city view Small microwave would’ve been useful but there was one in the lobby for use

It was near the subway line and walkable to Susukino. Staff were Chinese who can speak Japanese but he can’t help us send our luggage to Chitose. Night before he said yes we can send . The ff morning he said we can’t so he Asked us to go to the nearest Yamato transport center which was 15 walk in the slippery snow. Didn’t have time since we were catching our train to Niseko. Even filling up the form from Yamato he doesn’t know how :(

room is spacious, the room is clean. There is only 1 light switch in the room (next to the entrance) to control two ceiling lamps. No bed light, no table lamp, and only 1 power socket right above your pillow (?!) public area with a stinky smell

The Hotel is considered centrally located within decent walking distance to the Sapporo shopping belt. The toilet/ bathroom is a bit small.

Location ok but far from attraction places. The room has no air con even though stated in the booking.com. The whole hotel has no air con rooms according to staff. And they informed Booking.com. So who is misleading??? I could have got a better hotel with breakfast for the price. I felt cheated
