The room was perfect for families. The onsen was great. The bikes were a nice touch especially since it was near the river trail. And the proximity to Nijo Market and Susukino offered lots of eating choices. None.

No parking provide, not expected free but at least should have parking lot for check in

Location and cleanliness of the room and hotel itself. What is published is not what it seems, it’s so deceiving like we were shocked upon check in that they ask additional payment for the extra person. I booked a family room that can fit 6 pax to ur surprise what we paid for 73k plus pesos is only good for 1 pax for 5 nights stay. So confusing. Ending up paying extra since we paid it already.

The location is a bit far from Sapporo main station, but it is pretty near to Odori park, around 10-15 minutes walk.

Great amenities, free late night ramen, onsen and sauna was clean and refreshing. For a non-smoking hotel someone did end up smoking in the building on one of the nights and it smelled.

Amazing location, staff, amenities, facilities, rooms, and atmosphere. Onsen was perfect for relaxation and meditation. Not a single thing.

Location was a little far out ( compared to all other hotels) for a family with small kids. ( still close to tanukikoji just kids never walk lol)
