Great location, everything was withing walking distance. The room was well equipped, all appliances worked fine. Wi-Fi worked great. Staff was friendly and helpful, we talked about Chiikawa a little <3 The cafe within the hotel served really good carmel late and really good sandwiches.

Spacious rooms, in a calm area of Sapporo. The breakfast was delicious and the place had a lovely vibe. Loved the sauna and all the facilities If you are not travelling by car it is a little bit of a walk to the city centre but the underground is only a 6-minute walk away

Good location and the staff was friendly. Rates weren’t bad and rooms were a decent size. Floors and walls were pretty thin. Under the bed was hella dusty and for almost the same price I realized I could have done the Marriott Fairfield and had a much bigger room.

Nice staff and fairly close to Susukino. Very small parking lot, but there is a fairly cheap parking lot close by.

I like a saunna bath, icream and noodle at night. I is very helpful when I was checking online late. The entry door too small.

Great place to visit Sapporo, all was near us and, the center of the city, just a fews minutes walking. They were AWESOME and zero complains, freebies and breakfast was delicious.

- Sauna was great - Tasty breakfasts and late-night ramen - Comfortable bed, very quiet room - Good range of products (soaps, moisturisers) in the sauna room - Literally around the corner from a subway station, and close to Susukino - Great value, spacious room - I wish check-out time was 11am rather than 10am given that Sapporo is so famous for its night-life - Wait time for the cooked breakfast was a little bit long - I wish the ramen was a little bigger, or that seconds were available - Would prefer ice pops with milk in them (e.g. ice cream bars) for after the sauna

The road next to the hotel can be a bit loud, but it never caused much of an issue for us

Cleanliness - rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. Hair and dust everywhere. Under the bed is very dirty

Good location and good rooms

At the same time, it is not to bad if you have to drive outside of the city. Too bad that there is not a ski room.

By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at out of many trips. Fantastic for long term stays and staff were great. Fantastic desk space if you need a large desk to work on. Chair was very uncomfortable. The laundry can get very busy at times but there is a 24 hour laundromat 10 minute walk away which can be a bit of an issue in sub zero temps. But then again the staff will put notes for those that leave theirs for too long so they’re trying.

Clean, comfortable, modern, friendly staff, and walking distance to the Toho Line. There is a nice lounge area in the lobby where breakfast is served, and they also serve free ramen at night. The spa is nice as well. No complaints.
