朝９時前後のエレベータが混み合う。全ての階にとまるくらいの状況だと時間がかかる。朝食が満席で混み合う。隣が近く食事がゆっくりできない。ストリーミングサービスが使えない。

Location I didn't like the fact they couldn't store my luggage for two days when I checked out and would be checking back in two days later. For that reason I wouldn't stay there again.

Location and Breakfast I was disappointed with my experience at this hotel, mainly because the charges did not match the information provided on my Booking.com reservation. My booking clearly stated that the accommodation had already been paid for and that I should not be charged additional accommodation fees at the hotel. However, the hotel insisted that I pay again and refused to refund the extra amount. I also requested an early check-in at around 12:00 PM. According to my Booking.com confirmation, the early check-in fee was approximately 1,100 yen, but the hotel charged me 5,000 yen instead. I showed the staff the Booking.com information, but due to the language barrier they were unable to understand the issue and continued to insist on the higher charge. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, but I expected the hotel to honor the conditions shown on my reservation or at least contact Booking.com to clarify the situation before charging me. Instead, I felt I had no choice but to pay. The room itself was acceptable, but the check-in experience and unexpected charges left a very negative impression. I hope the hotel improves its communication with international guests and ensures that charges are consistent with the booking conditions provided to customers.

The location of this hotel is great—very close to Sapporo Station, making it super convenient to take a train, and it’s about a 1.2 km walk to the famous Tanukikoji Shopping Street. It is also right next to the Airport Limousine bus stop for the return trip to the airport. However, please note that when arriving from the airport, the drop-off point is about a 400-meter walk away. Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly helpful, offering us an early check-in when we signed up for their membership, which also came with additional benefits. The room itself was clean and all facilities worked perfectly. We especially loved the fantastic shower—it had smooth temperature control, so there was no need to constantly fiddle with the hot and cold settings. To top it all off, the breakfast was superb! It features a signature Hokkaido fresh seafood/sashimi selection where you can make your own rice bowl topped with fresh salmon, salmon roe (ikura), and squid sashimi. On top of that, they have a soft-serve ice cream machine and an automatic pancake maker paired with fresh honey straight from the honeycomb! Highly recommended! Nothing. Every things is good.

Very close to Sapporo Station and other public transportation methods. Underground passage available for winter weather conditions with lots of shops, eateries, and conveniences stores nearby. Definitely recommend.

Rooms are a bit small, but typical for Japan. It was a little hard to communicate with the staff in English.

Loved the location being so close to Sapporo station and the underground walkway - with Daimaru and all the restaurants and other shops just a short walk away. The buffet breakfast was lovely, especially the fresh assorted sashimi and I appreciated the corn soy soup as I have lactose intolerance. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and helped us store our suitcases in their modern luggage room... see photo. Nothing comes to mind. However, the rooms are small - so be ready for that.
