- <10 mins walk from Sapporo main station - Close to Lawson and Familymart - Big beds by Japanese standards. Options for firm and soft pillows. - Water heater works very fast! Crucial for Sapporo stay. - Mini fridge and shared microwave. - Electrical outlets next to bed - Daily housekeeping - Bath tub is very deep and can be a bit tricky to get in and out of, especially if you’re traveling with children or elderly. - Sink is very low

Very close to Sapporo station. Good price. Rooms very small and stains on the chairs and carpet floors.

Had the same food spread 3days consecutively for breakfast. Bottled water not provided. Not enough hook to hang bath towel in bathroom that's within reach.

Location and size of room was one of the best I’ve experienced. Convenient safety box in lobby.

The location is excellent, as it is close to Sapporo Station—just follow the west exit and then the north exit. The room was well maintained and looked new and clean. There are also amenities such as a microwave, laundry facilities, and an iron available to borrow. One of the male reception staff members, who appeared to be European, was not polite. However, the other Japanese staff were excellent and met the usual high standards of service.
