The position and the staff. Too old and not the value I paid. The bathroom glass had rust stains, and the bathroom ventilation vent was covered in limescale and was dirty. (Room 815)

I was shocked that I had to pay additional 2,400 as additional tax? I thought I've paid in full through booking.com This is very disappointing. In fact I found out that Agoda had better rates

The location is so convenient. However, you need to pay extra for accommodation taxwhen check in.

Rooms a little small and outdated. Also there was construction going on outside which made it hard to sleep in.

The hotel was very close from the Sapporo station, about 5 minutes walk. The breakfast buffet was excellent, variety of food and drinks. The room was minimal but very clean. Bathroom situation could be improved. The bathroom sign says, the door must be closed when showering or taking bath because steam will trigger the smoke alarm to go off if it’s opened. So it made the room steamy for a while after showering.

This hotel is our “go to” hotel whenever we travel to Hokkaido. Just a few minutes walk from Sapporo Train Station. Hotel and rooms always have a new and fresh feel to it. Rooms are always clean. Staff is always ready to assist. Nothing to dislike
