It's on the north side of Sapporo station but walking distance through underground to Odori Park and Susukino. Many local izakayas and mall in Sapporo station for meals. The reception lobby has coffee tea cookies oven facilities and you can unwind in the lounge after a day out

This hotel was a fantastic introduction to Sapporo. The room was perfectly clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect, quiet but very close to main attractions like the snow festival and JR observatory. They also have a nice lobby cafe area with complimentary coffee, tea, and matcha:) What stood out the most to us was that the staff were incredibly kind, attentive and helpful. When we needed to see a doctor, a couple very kind staff members (whose names we wish we had taken down!) helped us locate a walk-in clinic who would accept foreign patients within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. They even printed out directions and called the clinic in advance to confirm they could accept us. We were very grateful for this kindness and hospitality, especially in a country where we don’t speak the language. We would absolutely stay here again in the future! Nothing, it was great!

Clean business hotel near Sapporo station. Easy, covered drop off with our rental car for bags before returning the car. Quiet room, nice shower room, comfortable bed Staff at front desk was extremely nice but had limited English (probably bc its mostly geared towards Japanese travelers). Not an issue for us, just a statement :)

Breakfast and coffee machine were good. The Queen room was NOT like the photos of the queen room on the website, the room they gave us was a lot smaller. The manager acknowledged this was the case but offered no solution. Both guests needed to exit the bed on the right hand side which meant one person had to climb over the other.
