Close to Sapporo Station

Close to JR station and JR Tower complex that very convenient for dining and shopping. Very easy to connect to each landmark in Sapporo. Recommend to know short cut walkway route from JR station to the hotel (as picture attached). Even though the hotel is close to the train tracks, but the sound of the trains doesn't come into the room. No view from the room since it was blocked by the closet building.

Located close to the Sapporo Station - about 8 minutes walk. Well appointed inside with comfortable rooms and up-to-date amenities. Friendly staff. Good value.

I like the location of the hotel, it is very near to Sapporo train station, allows us to commute easily. The room is clean and spacious enough for 2pax. Will return to this hotel for my next visit to Sapporo. I hope that the public bath & sauna room allow the use of tattoo sticker for those who has tattoo, or allow for specific slot. Didn't manage to enjoy the facility at all.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient for getting around the city. Staff were polite and check-in was smooth. Nothing particularly stood out—facilities and experience were quite standard, with nothing especially memorable.

Great location, very close to Sapporo station. Also generous breakfast, including local favorites - Sapporo curry soup, miso ramen, and Hokkaido mackerel, saved us from finding them elsewhere. Super clean and staff were super helpful, including with extras like my rental car! Nothing not to like

Location is great its near to sapporo station and easy access to other parts of the city. Room is a bit too small to put our luggage, but I guess this is normal in Japan.

Room sizes were good. The smell of smoke. There was a thick smoke smell even though my room was a non smoking room.

Breakfast was good. Location was good. The front desk person that checked us in was obnoxious. He really didn’t want us there- maybe because he was being racist? Though there were lots of rooms available he said was complete sold out. I then booked a room online in front of him and stayed there!! Low score is just because of him

The location was convenient for catching both trains and buses, and the bath was perfect to relax in after a long day of walking in wet, snowy weather. The staff were very nice, helpful, and professional. They also have plenty of amenities available, and offer coupons for some local izakaya. The wifi is also particularly good. I’d definitely stay again! Can’t think of anything!

Breakfast was outstanding! I expected a bit more room where to put my suitcase, but other than that everything was fine.

The size of the hotel room is a bit small, but it is just a 5-minute walk from Sapporo Station. There is a small onsen onsite. I think this hotel is a bit pricey given its room size and comfort.
