Room was tidy and compact. Location is super convenient. Breakfast buffet has a wide variety of choices. The room is smaller than expected. Not negative comments on location. Coffee at the breakfast buffet was bad.

Room was clean and tidy, but part of the hotel was under renovation. Location was quiet. Breakfast was average. Coffee at breakfast was bad. Niseko during summer was quiet. All the hyped summer activities were closed during our trip.

The property gave us an upgrade to a bigger two twin beds room which has two sinks. It offered cleaning services daily, it is across street from seven eleven and 10 minutes walk from Sapporo train station. Our room has a view and it is clean, quiet and the beddings are comfortable. We were able to ask for an iron and iron board. We were a little shocked that we had to pay some hidden hotel fee upon arrival, we could not do laundry on our own, we were only giving the option to use laundry service by the hotel at some charges.

The room is quite enough for three people. The hotel location is very close to Sapporo station, shopping malls and many restourants. At the lobby also have smoking room and In fronth of the hotel, the konbini store Seven Eleven and has ATM for many world currency. Nothing.
