Room stank, carpets were stained, walls had holes and patch holes in them

Location is convenient. Well cleaned and nice place. I asked for an extra blanket for my baby. The night staff on the reception was not responding to me, simply said no. It was little uncomfortable for me.

Very close to sapporo station Massage chair didn't work at first (had to plug into a different PowerPoint across the room)

Its very old, floor have lots of stain, the whole room have a very weird smell and that is including the bathroom too (theres a very moldy smell). Not very well maintained too in my honest opinion.

The only aspect of this hotel I was happy with was it's proximity to public transport. The carpets were grimy, there was dust and grime on many flat surfaces. I will not say that the sheets and pillow cases were dirty but they were grey rather than white. I have never stayed in a hotel in Japan where the bedding was anything but white clean. I also note that the property is not the building shown on the Bookings.Com thumbnail.

Booking for 2person but always provide 1set toiletry kit. After daily housekeeping, only 1 pillow let?

Hotel was in walking distance to the train station, with access to subway and bus networks. Plenty to restaurants and minimarts nearby. Hotel in,total was dirty, A/C not working properly. Some armatures in bathroom were broken.

It was close to my work place. The staff was nice. It was terribly dirty. The lobby and room smelled bad, and the bathroom had black mold everywhere. Under the bed was terribly dirty. This hotel described itself as a "budget" hotel, but the price was the same as other business hotel chains. I'd hoped that they wouldn't skimp on the cleaning services...

The bathroom was really gross, the tub and sink had black residue and the tub drain would cause a panel in the floor to flood the bathroom
