Great location 3 mins walk from Sapporo station(north exit, east gate), 20mins walk to Odori park area (you can take 200yen train for 1 station from Sapporo station too). Hotel provide various ammenities (Kose etc.) which you can grab at hotel Lobby and also coffee/ hot chocolate Room itself is super clean, and equipped with Dyson humidifier, Dyson hairdryer and Refa fine bubble shower head(30000yen shower head) Having a pleasant 4 night at this hotel Hotel did mentioned there is road consturction, but it was not noticeable at all, great sound proof Nothing to comment but to suggest to put notification/call the respective room owner when their laundry is done. There is 1 night I was waiting laundry and from room TV shown the slot is empty, however the moment I arrive there the clothes owner haven't collected his/her clothes yet, end up I need to keep go up and come down whenever there is empty slot shown in TV.

Breakfast spread was good. Excellent french toast and croissant. Menu changes everyday. No fresh grounded coffee.

My room was next to another building and i got the room on the 3rd floor so didnt get a good view

The location was great! Hotel staffs were freindly and helpful! I like the breakfast, deliciuos and with multi choices. There's Dyson fan in the room which could be adding water to moisture the air especially in fall and winter, also helped to cool down the in-door temperature when the heating function is on, normally in Japan hotels. Similar to other hotels, they serve amenities for guests and they've onsen powder choices and masks for night and morning! :) I hope the room could be a bit bigger.

Great location if you are traveling by trains and buses. Relatively big bathroom in Japanese standard. No need to buy or insert your own detergents for coin operated laundry. I did not buy breakfast because of my early train but my previous stay showed excellent breakfasts in the basement- Japanese and/or Continental breakfasts were available as buffet style.
-
Great amenities and good location to the train yet very quiet neighborhood. Room is a bit tight so not ideal for people traveling with big suitcases.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel was a little difficult to find with a small sign on the sidewalk. Upon entering the hotel, there was an escalator going up to the lobby to check-in at a kiosk. At least there were staff there to help. It would have been better if there was access to an elevator to go to the lobby with your luggage. In the room, there was no closet or available hooks to hang towels or jackets.

Location is North exit of Sapporo station. Close to bus station as well. Lawson and 711 - was very close by. 3 laundry machines on 2F. Easy to use and not too busy. Very small room. No In room safe either. No place to store luggage but putting them on luggage racks helped. Construction outside was oddly from 10pm to 6 am - in the middle of the night. We were on the 11th floor and still heard it.
-
None at all.

The rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast was good. The service staff also attended well to us. I guess an area of improvement would be to add a humidifier to the room. It helps to reduce the dry air inside which is more comfortable to sleep in.

Location, though there was a bit of contruction at the station that required some investigation on how best to travel with luggage, path with no stairs, especially at the end of our stay since we had more luggage. The airport bus stop is on the opposite side of the train station in front of NipponHam Fighters shop. Doable walk from the hotel through the station. Shower was great. Room was a decent size for Japan. Realized there was under bed storage for luggage late so didn't really benifit from that feature. Would probably stay again when visiting the area. Breakfast was okay. Compared to other hotels in Japan felt offerings were limited. Good option for convience sake but probably wouldn't purchase again. Liked the option to purchase any number of tickets at check-in for use during our stay.

clean, modern rooms. fairly close to JR sapporo station, though there is construction requiring a bit of a detour. breakfast was good! many department stores nearby, walkable distance to most of the sights construction of JR station made it a little hard to navigate to hotel with suitcases
