Had a wonderful stay in JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo. It was very easy to get here from JR Sapporo Station and offers a fantastic central location for shopping, food and sightseeing. The room was very spacious, and the bed and amenities made for an excellent stay. The staff were also very helpful and could speak English. Will be staying here again next time I visit Sapporo.

I like how one of your staff at the Japanese restaurant at Level 35, how she makes the guest feel welcome thru conversation of getting to know where the guest is from and gave her handmade welcome craft, a small gesture goes all the way to warm the guest in a foreign country. It would be good to have more variety in food delivery service especially in the kind of drinks.

Location is perfect. Breakfast spread for our 5-night stay was the same. So I didn't avail of the breakfast inclusion on my third to fifth day.

Spa and scrub was so good Face to east window, the railroad noise never stop, I stayed face to south window a month ago, also construction noise never stop. I guess the reason is location ( construction Sapporo station area ) but so noisy ?

We got a room at F32, but during a day time the construction noise was so annoying. My husband couldn’t be concentrate on his work.

JR Tower Hotel Nikko is exceptional in all areas, location, room, breakfast buffet, staff friendliness and assistance.

When I contacted the hotel, they declined to offer any flexibility or consider a refund. Having worked in the hotel industry myself, I know how straightforward it is to issue a refund when a guest is unable to use a service they have paid for. The lack of transparency during the booking process and the unwillingness to address the issue afterward were disappointing. I would not recommend this property based on the poor communication and the refusal to resolve a situation caused by missing information at the time of booking.

We have stayed at this hotel every time we decided to visit Sapporo. The location is next to the Sapporo Station. It is very well maintained and the room is spacious. The hotel staff are professional and friendly. None

Unbeatable location. Right above the station, don’t even need to get your jacket out in winter Breakfast could be a bit crowded in the late morning

Great location, just off the main train station. Perfect spot to stay, especially when you are at the end of a very long travel day. It’s close to great restaurants and walkable to parks and sites. They also have spa and onsen access with your stay. The breakfast is on the top floor with sweeping views and we had an amazing Japanese breakfast with all the trimmings. Unfortunately, our room was located next to the elevator and we could hear it all night. Would suggest asking to stay away from that location.

Very convenient to the train station. The views were lovely, I could stand at our room window and see all of Sapporo! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. It was a slightly longer walk to Odori Park and the snow festival, but that was my only complaint!
