The location was excellent; easy to find, within walking distance of JR Sapporo Station, and surrounded by many shopping malls and restaurants. The separate sink, toilet, and shower areas were very convenient and showed thoughtful room design. Breakfast was excellent as well. Nothing

My favorite thing about this property was it’s central location to everything. Everything was in walking distance and it was an exceptional value. My stay was quite satisfactory. The rooms might have been just a tad small, but all in all it was a great value, great experience and nice hotel.

Conveniently located close to subway and bus station. Tokyu department store is right there. Walkable to Nijo market, Animate. Quick check in. I didn't know they had one free glass of wine a day.

The staff was super helpful and amazing. I had to prepare our trip to Biei, and they were really helpful calling the tourism office and taxi services at Biei and as well they were always keen to help. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station with great facilities (a massage shower). I would love to stay there again!

I liked that the staff was pretty nice overall. The shower bath area was spacious and everything was modern. I traveled with my elderly parents and the triple room had no space for lounging, unless you wanted to just eat and drink and sit on your bed to watch tv or relax. There was barely any walking space in the room, because we had three beds in there and it didn’t look as roomy as the pictures showed when we booked. There was no table or chair, and even though we could borrow them from the front desk, there was no space to even put them in the room. The bathroom was nice but lacked any counter space. I think this hotel is great for younger folks, but not for older folks who want to relax in a larger space for a 7+ nights stay. It’s brand new, but a little too minimalist style for my parents.

The shower was great. The room was very clean. The staff was attentive. The bed a little hard and small pillows. I asked for a luggage scale and got a handheld scale. Maybe should invest in a regular luggage scale that does not need to be clipped and lifted but put the luggage on the scale.

Beautiful property, a few meters walk to Sapporo station, malls, convenient stores. The hotel is classy. The bath room is the best ? One front desk wasn’t that helpful when I asked about how to go to a specific place. He didn’t offer to help me further when he doesn’t know.
