Excellent staff, clean hotel.

location

It's so hard to find a hotel room that has 4 separate beds for us siblings. Good thing I found this! We had very minor issue with cleanliness but they were kind enough and transferred us to a different room.

The location was perfect for any public transportations. The room was clean and comfortable.
-
However, room cleaning was not included during my stay—only the towels were changed. This might have been something I missed when booking, but it was still a bit inconvenient.

Everything I would love if they would have provided breakfast
-
I liked that it was clean , staff was polite however, it was the first time i experienced that even if i booked a twin room it was only good for 1 person and that i had to pay for the other person in additional even if there were two beds? Just an odd experience in my years of travel. The wifi was slow, and entertainment inside the hotel was limited

Lovely staff, nice rooms, great location!

Close to Odori station, clean rooms and toilet. Good reception and front desk None

Location close to station, subway, Susukino area but so are many other lodgings. The front check-in area was dark, confusing, staff not responsive.

The rooms were very cozy and complete with amenities. The staff were very accommodating. None

Close to a train station and foreigner friendly Only 2 laundry machines with

The closeness of it to Tanukikoji street and Odori Park and the checkout is until 11am I cannot open my big luggage properly. It’s too narrow. The toilet bowl is small.

The best about this property are the staff. All of them are courteous, very accommodating especially the Senior Officer at the reception. He is a pleasure to ask for just anything. I love Koko. It feels like home in the three nights we stayed here. Another thing is, the beds are of good quality with very good duvet and pillows. This is a primary requisite of mine and Koko did not disappoint me at all. Lastly, the housekeeping are very nice includng thr Manager. Everything about Koko makes me feel am home and safe. I wish they have a bigger lounge area. And i wish I did not hear noice from above like some cleaning on my last day ?

Very friendly staff with very clean and modern facility. Away from the busy main streets so it's very quiet but close to main attractions. Very easy to get to from Sapporo station that you can just walk. It was convenient to go shopping and drop them off in the room before going for more shopping and eating. Front desk staff will do their best to help you and a little bit of Japanese (such as using Google translate) can go a long way. In my next trip to Sapporo, I would definitely stay here again. My first room had a smell of cigarette which was also confirmed by the staff(requested to confirm as I had just come back from dinner and it might be from the restaurant but it wasn't). They sincerely apologized and upgraded me to a larger room. Would've been fine with same size room as long as it didn't smell but they went extra to ensure I was comfortable during my stay.
