Location, right smack of Odori will be great if there's a gym since its looks like more on a business hotel

Location is great. Near restos, convenience stores, shopping area. Lobby is small. Rooms are dark for me. Walls of the room were in black/dark grey adding more darkness to the room. Lighting was not adequate for me compared to other Japanese hotels.

I like the location. Near shopping, convenience stores & restos. Clean hotel and nice staff. Lobby was small and luggages were everywhere. Reception counter was small. Rooms are a bit dark & not big but OK for Japan standards. Lighting at the room even if all the lights are switched on still look dark. Maybe bec. the walls are black/dark grey.

Nice and clean It was not along the bus line or the train. But the walk was just short. But when there’s snow, a hotel near public transport is best

Very nice hotel with an excellent location, within walking distance of many tourist spots in Sapporo. Susukino is just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel offers free ice cream and coffee during limited hours (around 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM), which was a nice bonus. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom was spotless and well maintained. The room lighting is a bit dark but all good.

Lights were dim. Would be better if the light type is daylight instead of the yellow kind. No water was provided even though there were free flow of drinks/ice cream from morning to 5pm.

Our room is spacious and clean. Even though we bought a lot, we still had enough space to place our shopping bags—unlike the typical hotel rooms in Japan, which are usually very small. The hotel is very close to the shopping street and within walking distance to everything. None, all are good. I’ll go back and stay here

The bed was big and comfortable. However, I found the room dark, and the entrance was narrow. High quality toiletries were provided with a one ticket for a welcome drink, overflowing coffee, and ice cream at the lobby. Front desk officers were nice and helpful. However, the guy at the bar wasn’t friendly at all. Communication was hard and didn’t even apolize when I told him that he put too much lime juice in my coke.

Cleanness, Facilities, how big the room is. Normally, hotel in Japan will be quite small and compact. But we stay in twin-bed room and it’s also has a small living corner with sofa as well. The house keeper will do the cleaning every 3 days.
