Excellent location near a covered arcade and lots of restaurant options. The room and bed were comfortable, and the window well insulated from the street below. Breakfast buffet was quite good. This is a good value stay.

Location is far from central tokyo and other attractions. Nearest subway station is 10-12 min walk.

Location is a pretty close to Odori park and airport limousine bus stop. That area is downtown, all top locations and restaurants are in the short walk from the hotel. Hotel staff is amazing, very kind and polite. I did not have a chance to try breakfast as gonna departure very early. Clearness and room stuff were very good. Definitely come again! ❤️

It was located right next to covered shopping, close to both Odori and Susukino. The breakfast was great with so many vegetable options for my vegetarian husband. The Hokkaido specialties that changed each day were fun. Nothing

The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was amazing.. love the fish mackerel so much. With the snow storm like in the movie. Sure i’ll be back to sapporo and stay again at Tmark. I love everything about the hotel, but it will be perfect if they have a laundry coin inside. Because i have to walk to the third party laundry coin outside the hotel

Slick, clean and modern. Good amenities, comfortable bed, good breakfast, affordable stay and helpful staff. The room is very very tight. But it was ok with me as I was solo.

The room and bed were just right for a solo traveler like me, but they could also fit two people. The bed was comfortable, the service was really good, and the staff were very helpful—I really appreciated how attentive they were during my stay. On top of that, I loved having my own Nespresso machine in the room! It’s a bit far from the train station, but you can hop on the tram, which is just about 2 minutes away. If you’re carrying luggage though, the tram isn’t the best choice since it usually gets pretty crowded. Also, if you have a hard-shell suitcase, you’ll only be able to open it in the hallway — or on top of the bed if you don’t mind that — since there isn’t much space elsewhere.

Room was only cleaned if you stay more than 4 nights. With the snow, the carpet in the room do get wet.
