Large room, good size bathroom. Friendly staff. Location was decent distance from Shapiro Station and all the shops and restaurants. Breakfast was pretty good, decent selection. Nothing to complain about. Very nice place.

Great location and nice breakfast The pillow was not comfortable at all! And because it’s a big hotel why the Tv couldn’t be connected to YouTube or Netflix . Tv program was so boring ! Cleaning the room only means changing the towels and emptying the trash! No vacuuming!

We stayed at your hotel for two nights. The first night was very satisfactory, so we stayed there again when we returned

The room had a very unpleasant smell and the atmosphere felt a bit unsettling.

Very clean, and decor is modern. Love the onsen! Not ideal during winter as we had to walk a bit before reaching the train station.

Cannot believe how nice this hotel was for the listed price!! Beautifully designed interior with a lounge, bar, and cafe in the lobby. The public bath (onsen) was super clean, easy to use, and highly recommended after the cold winter days. Just note if you're in the annex building, you'll have to go through the lobby in your provided pjs to get to the public bath (onsen). Not a big deal, but may seem weird to some people less familiar with onsen etiquette.

The staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is central to all things Sapporo. Large rooms. Good bathroom layout. Good breakfast. Attended during Snow Festival, so price was quite high.

Nice choices for breakfast. And the hotel is so closed to everything. Everything was ok. The place, the staff, the food are all great

Nice location and the room was pretty big with two full beds. The direct lighting was rather annoying when relaxing as there was no indirect light sources so the lights were right in your face. Also the natural light was almost non existent as the building next door was merely an arms length away and did not allow much sun to filter in.
