The room was quite big for a hotel in Japan, although we would've loved a queen sized bed in the same room (not a smaller one) for the same price instead of the twin-sized ones. The location was perfect. It was near Odori Park, a Family Mart, a tram stop, and a short distance from Tanukikoji Shopping street. Breakfast was superb! It was healthy and delicious! I have stayed in another APA Hotel before, in Susukino, and as always, APA hotels in Japan truly deliver! We would've loved a queen-sized bed in a same-sized room to have extra space for our luggage. Another things is that although there's a lot to choose from in the daily breakfast, there's not much variety per day.

Nice location and 1 block from the main covered shopping street. Spa is small but comfortable, like a typical APA hotel. Room size is typical APA size. Beds are comfortable. Elevator door closes too quickly before the second person could come in. The first floor has a smoking smell due to the smoking room in the middle of the hallway.

B. It has room with 2 big bed. C. In the city centre, D. Not far not close from subway, around 600m A. The guest lift's door close so quickly i almost got pressed many2 times. Becarefull.

Very good price, good location. If you dont care about the top notch this is your stay. On my check out: Tried to book a taxy thru the satff to reach the sapporo station as was heavy snowing Told me nothing was available (at 7am??!?). Had to book it myself , thinking i wouldnt get it, but first try i could book my cab. Plus beds are not really comfy

The room smells weird particularly the bathroom. The exhaust fan in the bathroom does not work at all. The room was too hot and considering there is not AC, we were hoping the windows can be opened but unfortunately it was not the case. When we requested for a fan, we were told the supplies are limited. We were given one but it is somewhat broken and we had to do some work around.

Reserved two rooms. They were close to each other which made it very convenient for us. Breakfast was excellent each day. Great coffee, edamame roll with butter was a favorite. Hotel is in a great location, close to Odori park, shopping and transportation. The public bath was fantastic. The gift shop has a nice selection of items and friendly staff. 2nd room had an odd smell. Was deodorized after reported but slight smell remained. The elevator door closes abruptly. Got hit on my leg hard before realizing we had to quickly press the "door open" button. A bit dangerous as the door does not bounce open when hit.

Very nice and convenient location. Staff was kind and helpful. The room was always too hot. Thankfully the staff provided me with a fan that made things a bit better.

Great amenities! helpful staff. and nice rooms. great breakfast. When we went to unload our luggage, we were told we needed to pay for parking. Since we were just going to unload and then return our rental vehicle, we had no interest in paying for parking and just wanted to unload. We finally moved the vehicle to the alley to unload our luggage, making the whole thing take way longer than necessary.

The staff was helpful and attentive. The room size was decent, bathroom is super clean and amenities provided everyday. They have onsite onsen and public bathroom which we like very much. The location is a bit out of the main area of SUSUKINO and Odori but not too far. During the winter season you need to Walk a bit in the snow. And can the check out time be change into 12.pm? 10 am is a bit early.

Clean and basic Close to Odori Park Relatively quiet The room was very hot with no ability to cool except to open the window a crack. Kind of far (10min) walk to train station

Location of the Hotel not so near to the nearest Odori Station. Need to take one station of Street Car. I prefer the Hotel can provide a Air Cleaner or an Electric Fan. The Air Vendilation in the room is not so good. I had to open the Window most if the times.
