Breakfast was great. Good dessert. Everyday curry. Spacious area. The elevators are a bit small, some waiting time during check-in/check-out hours.

It is quite good located. The room is pretty good and the bathroom is very big. Decoration of the room is ok, comfortable and roomy. Breakfast is good lot of variety and good quality.

The lift is fast, the staff is wonderful. Price for the space of the room is also great. Close to Nakajima Park and the train station. There is black mould everywhere and there is no window to let any air in in both the room and bathroom. The beds are soooo bad. My friend ended up sleeping on his sofa cuz that was better than the bed.

The location of the hotel is great! It was right in front of Seicomart and Lawson so it was convenient for us to by food and supplies. It was also less than a 10 minute walk to the train station which is quite near but I suggest to just take a taxi directly to your destination especially during the winter. The roads were really slippery so it can be a bit dangerous. The hotel does not offer shuttle service or luggage transfer to the airport so you will need to arrange for those yourself.

In a amazing area really nice and clean convinient The extra fee we had to pay to check in a second person in the twin room for 26k yen which doesn’t make sense I get ur rooms start at twin but twin should automatically be for 2 ppl

the hotel is in a good location, just a short walk to the commercial tourist area of sapporo & odori park. also a Lawson’s & Seicomart right across the street. we left our luggage to return to after a 3 day trip to another city & they were very accommodating. the rooms are a good size for japanese standards. parking on the property was also very convenient. breakfast buffet was really good. the staff were extremely nice & helpful. the rooms are abit out dated. the shower stall is some of the worst design i’ve seen. it is way too small in such a spacious bathroom & the glass doors don’t meet on one side so the floor was always wet. we also couldn’t control the air conditioning & the room was too warm to our liking. they offered us a fan which we accepted but we should have been able to turn the ac up.

the rooms are large for japanese standards. the staff were extremely helpful & pleasant. parking was easy. the design of the shower. the glass walls don’t meet on one side so the floor was always wet after a shower. we did not have control of the air conditioning in our room. the look is a bit dated.

Pros that we like the most about Quintessa Hotel; • Staff member at the hotel are very attentive. They can speak English well and suggest any places, restaurants and attractions nearby • The location is the hotel is the best. We can access to any places by walk and Seico Mart is just a few steps from the hotel • The hotel facilities were so useful. We did laundry after a long trip and it was great. • Foods at the breakfast were sublime. The price of breakfast was so reasonable Cons: First of all, we would like to inform that our stay was between 11-14 of April which the weather wasn’t bad. It was about 20 degrees approximately! And, we were able to found a bit of snow on the ground in Hokkaido city. The only problem for us was Air Conditioning (No Airflow) The hotel provided just small air cooler machine which it wasn’t cool enough. My sons asked for turning on the air condition every time when they went into the room while the weather outside of the hotel was much better. If the hotel could make the window to open for the air flow, it would be nice to offer us a nice stay.

The staff let the door open after the cleaning. Thankfully we didn't get robbed but they have to be careful with this.
