Location was great, especially to attend Snow Festival or take bus to the airport. In house Chinese restaurant was good for lunch. Staff was very kind. I liked the size of the room and the old fashioned key. It's 1000 yen if you need to check out at 12noon instead of 11. It was mentioned by others bit the quality of the mattresses is really bad. We stayed there three nights and on the third day, my back was so stiff I could barely move. Also, I asked for two blankets and the staff made an impolite comment twice stating "in sapporo, we just use the heater, not blankets."

We spent three nights in the Deluxe Twin room of this hotel. It is about 700 meters away from the JR Sapporo Station, which will take you some time to walk. Anyway the room is clean and spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Staff in the front desk are very polite and friendly. They even printed a page of my electronic ticket for me. Distance between the hotel and the JR station is a little bit far.
