Fantastic stay, fantastic staff, always clean, a great place.

Was a nice hostel. I had no complaints. Capsule space may have been bigger than other ones I had stayed at. But it was very clean area in general. Nice space. Had no complaints. Good area. Nice cafe on the bottom floor. Really good coffee. And the hakaido ice cream is great! Nice work area there also. Staff was nice as well. Honestly no complaints.

Comfortable bed with plenty of space, good shower, nice cafe, and a great location. I needed to mail something to another place in japan and the front desk was super helpful.

The sleeping area was spacious, the area was close to major attractions and the facilities was very clean and provided more than the essentials. They also let you borrow towels daily and had towels near the showers for your feet.

I had a wonderful stay at the guest house. The dorms were very clean, well kept, and comfortable, and the hosts were genuinely lovely and helpful throughout my stay. The location also could not be better, very convenient. I also accidentally left my AirPods behind after checking out, and the staff were kind nigh to help and offered to ship them to my address. I appreciated their kindness. Overall, a great stay and warm hospitality, and I would definitely recommend it.

I wish the bathroom had a disinfectant spray since some travelers soiled the toilet seats. I also wish guests can go up-and-down via stairs instead of just the elevator.

Excellent location. Clean, quiet. I wish the cafe was open earlier.

Amazing hostel totally recommend

Clean and comfortable and great location with friendly staff.

Really nice building and facilities. In the busy neighborhood for nightlife. Take subway or walk to station. Whistling noise in common room from AC?

best ?

Would not recommend. So many better hostels out there for the same price, with better staff, better facilities and services offered. Also, the main reason I booked this place was because according to their page on booking, they claim they offer luggage storage, but they will only do so for a fee, this is deceiving.

Amazing staff and spacious beds Just wish the dryers were a little stronger

I liked the clean, innovative design of the facilities with designated spaces for specific purposes. I liked the clear set of rules to guide the dormitory usage. The location was convenient as it was just a walk away from the subway which I mainly used though the bus stop /s are not far either such as the one to the Beer Museum. It was good to see flyers about places to see and even a staff recommended list of places to eat in. Full body towels should be made accessible on the fifth floor as well along with the floor towels as I put my full length towel which I received the day I checked in for a wash after the first usage but after that was not able to use a full length towel. There should be waste bin for organic waste given that were quite a few of us of eating bananas I observed and personally, I was not sure which Dustbin to put the peel in - burnable plastic or plastics though I understand that a peel could not be thrown in the cans/ bottles bin. Finally, just a suggestion that in case anyone wanted to lead an activity even if it was a guest such as a visit to a nearby shrine/ museum, a sign up board on a purely voluntary basis could be put up on the fifth floor and this way many of the solo travellers could have connected.

Friendly staff with easy check-in. Comfortable capsule room with all basic needs available. Community spaces were clean and readily available including kitchen, living room area/lobby. Good coffee and soft serve ice cream sold. In the hostel sleeping floor area, bathrooms very tight to get in and out of and there are no shelves or anywhere to put toiletries when washing up in the bathroom sink area.

The cleanliness and privacy. It was a little too quiet, I was hoping to meet some new travelers.
