It is very close to Odori Park, the subway station and shopping places. Also, it is very convenient to have a washing machine in the room, no need to bring a lot of clothes. The staff were also kind and helpful. There is nothing that we didn’t like about Tokyi Stay Sapporo.

Staff were friendly and willing to help us when we have problem. Location is great for shopping and walking to many tourist spots. It was very nice to have microwave in our own room :D

The location is excellent, near to everywhere (walking distance), but not too busy - away from crowd. The hotel staff was kind and polite. This is not my 1st stay at this hotel. I was expecting the same satisfaction as before, but unfortunately other than the location and the service - everything else was disappointments. Was wrongly given a room that was still occupied (but was solved quickly and the hotel manager apologised, which was really appreciated), the coffee machine didn't have coffee for the whole weekend and even when replenished - the selection was limited. Worst: the bathroom of my room (I booked 2 rooms, for my son and for myself/ my husband) was stink. It was so bad that we can't stay too long inside the bathroom, and had to close the bathroom door all the time so that the bad-smell did not go out. I had to buy a few bottles of pipe cleaner by myself after no fix was done. Even with so many bottles of pipe cleaner, the bad-smell did not go away, only reduced a bit every time after we poured the pipe cleaner liquid in the water drainage next to the bathtub. I often stayed at Tokyu Stay - I always enjoy my stay. I don't like to write bad reviews, but this stay was the worst thus far.

We stay in Tokyu Stays a lot because having an in-room washer and dryer is so convenient. That also means we know how it usually looks and feels already. As with most Tokyu Stays, the rooms look very standard, there is enough space for suitcases but not enough that they can be fully opened. The beds are just okay, stiff and standard. The bathrooms are small with hardly any counter space, and it smells like smoke and sewage. But the toilet is separate and that really helps when getting ready in the morning. We love the location of the hotel. It is a block away from the shopping street and central to the train/bus stops, restaurants, Odori Park and near Sapporo Station. If you have suitcases, it isn't bad to just Uber to the station since the cost is thankfully inexpensive. The breakfast buffet is a treat, we ate there every day because not only was it saving us some money, but the food actually tasted great. The staff is great, considerate, and kind! I wish the bathrooms smelled nicer (and this is a comment for ALL Tokyu Stays). The toilet room smells like smoke and sewage. The bathroom could use some ventilation and fragrance. Regardless of this we will be continuing to stay at this hotel chain because their amenities and locations are so convenient. We might just spend a little bit more for the Premier Room to have a little more walking space and a small kitchen area.

I loved this hotel. The room was spacious with good beds, in-unit washer/dryer, separate rooms for shower and toilet. The lobby had free hot beverage machine which helped since it was cold outside. The water to our in-unit washer/dryer was not turned on when we arrived and we didn't know why the machine wasn't working. We had to go to the front desk and have an associate help us. This was a minor inconvenience, not anything that made the experience bad at all.

The front desk staff where very helpful and very nice!

Short walk to the station and Tanukikoji St, 2 family marts round the corner, lots of things to check out around the vicinity that you would least expect.

Location is excellent so close to tanukikoji and the Sapporo Station. The staff is so friendly and efficient and the coffee machine in the lobby is great when most coffee shops in the area don’t open until 8:00 or later. Our room with two beds and a separate toilet was large enough for two people and the washing machine/dryer and microwave are the main reasons we keep coming back I don’t have any negative comments

Complimentary breakfast was given by the staff in a surprise quiz as we had a toddler with us. Breakfast was above decent. Room was clean. I used the washer in the room and it was exceptionally quiet. WOW. Everything was perfect about this hotel. Location was walkable to everywhere. None

Clean room, nice lobby, safe luggage storage, free tea, coffee and soft serve, convenient location.

A great location about 1km from Sapporo's main train station and close to subway stops. Close to restaurants and shopping and just down the road from Odori Park, the TV Tower and Susukino. A great base from which to explore the city and surrounds. The room was spacious, quiet and very clean. We appreciated the kitchenette and washing machine in the room. Would stay again if ever in Sapporo.

Breakfast was good and the location was great. Just the size of the room was a little small for 2 people with 2 bags. With limited space it made it very inconvenient open and closing our luggage too often.
