Location Noise from the next room was quite noticeable

someone is moaning in the middle of the night when i stayed there. sounds like they’re doing something inside one of the cabin.

Confortable, safe for female travelers, good amenities, clean place.

Perfect location right in the heart of Sapporo city, in front of MRT and Street car station. Helpful and friendly staff Suprisingly hygiene per Japanese standard Attached onsen with unlimited amenities/ room wear is a big plus Nothing. Everything is just perfect.

It was close to any locations I’ve been wanting to visit Our two rooms were located at far corner where there is limited airflow thus too hot to sleep. There were lots of snoring but that’s how it is with these type of hotel

I liked the location The bunks weren’t super comfortable. Also, not the fault of the accommodation, but the other guys were loud at night.

I like staying here...convenient 7-11 on the bottom floor, excellent staff and customer service, lots of amenities, a cheap and super good breakfast, clean room/capsule, clean shared bathrooms, very convenient location to the train station, very good location for the snow festival. this is the first time i got a capsule and upgraded to a deluxe capsule. glad I did. the capsule had extra space which helped with my bags. the bed was comfortable and the nice thing was there was ventilation at the top of the separating accordion door. didn't have space for my big suitcase but the front desk took care of that and stored it for me my friend stayed in a regular capsule and the accordion door went from floor to ceiling which prevented circulation and made it hotter/stuffier than it already was. the deluxe capsule was better with an opening at the top of the accordion door. it is to be expected with a capsule hotel vs a personal / private room to have centralized temperature. it was noisy but expected in a capsule shared hotel.

the private room we got this year was the corner and SO LARGE...for japanese standards. It was very comfortable and clean with ample space for me and my friend. though the room didn't have a cooling option on the thermostat, you could open the window to get some cooling air. It was quiet as well. I like the sauna and the public bath to shower. the shared bathroom was clean. the breakfast buffet was cheap and so good. the staff was always so attentive and so helpful in anyway they can and spend a lot of time with you. the location is literally across the street from the subway station. A 7-11 is downstairs and so convenient. The location is perfect for the snow festival. very affordable and quality option. amazing luggage storage option and care this year, it seemed the public bath was not being maintained throughout the hours. there were men who would not follow the rules and not shower well before going in to the public bath. there were hairs and dust floating in the waters. I stayed here last year and didn't remember it having this much floating debris, it is as if the filter and circulation was not working. other than that this place was great for what it advertised and will come back to stay again

Great location, super friendly staff. You can bring your luggage in early and leave it after check-out (though apparently only until 18:00 for free). There is breakfast available. The bath in the basement is basic but nice after a cold day outside and the sauna, while nothing special in itself, is a great extra. They give you a little gift instead of cleaning, if you stay longer than a day but you do get fresh towels. It does get a bit stuffy in the cabin if you pull the privacy screen all the way down, so I made do with letting it partially open. The storage container is quite noisy when opened/closed, so better bring ear plugs. Actually, I think they provide some, but I brought my own. Breakfast could have some more options, like cereal and especially hot tea (not just coffee) but it was fine for two days. Did not like the price-gouging that happened during the snow festival. I understand that accommodations do that but increasing the price more than threefold for the same tiny bunk is a bit much...I compared the price I got (booking waaay in advance, too) with the price for just a week later and the drop was basically...vertical. So yeah, fine value for money USUALLY but definitely way to pricey for what you get during high season.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds with enough space for being a capsule hotel. I chose the standard capsule and it has a locker under the bed long enough for a snowboard bag. They also have a sento (public bath) which is great for relaxing at night. The facilities are clean. If you have a big suitcase, you won't be able to lock it in the locker under the bed. It's not a con but something to be aware of (normal for a capsule hotel).
