sparkling clean room, plentiful amenities, teas in the lobby, onsen was clean and well maintained, great location the bathtub did not drain well, it pooled water every time.

The room is clean and the amenities were useful. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The onsen was great. The location is wonderful. The bedroom and the bathroom was a bit small for a family of 5.

They have a hot bath although I did not use them but it is a plus point. And they have a massage service, washing machine, ice cubes, sitting area and nice breakfast! Excellent location as it was just at the Tanukikoji street so good options are really good. I bought some nice cherries from an old japanese man along the street was good and reasonably priced compared to the supermarket. I even bought some home when we checked out. I would appreciate it if the daily breakfast can be different. On the 4th day having the same breakfast can be very boring and my teen decided to skip on the 4th day too. Having said that, breakfast prices are not cheap thus will hope that they can have diff varieties esp for guests staying for a few days.

The room was sufficiently modern and spacious for 3 people (2 adults, one 10 year old) and the overall cleanliness was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and were able to store luggage until checkin. I used the parking lot, which was quite convient, but there was not always spaces to park. However, there is a lot right across the road that had parking for 2400 yen/24 hours, which was just slightly more expensive than the hotel's 1800 yen/day fee. There was a Family Mart on the first floor of the hotel, making breakfast, coffee, and snacks convenient. The location of the hotel is great!!! Odori park and Susukino were easily accessible on foot, as were a plethora of restaurants, shops, and game centers. I would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Sapporo. Nothing

Good location and comfy bed and linens. It was quiet. Onsen was okay. Wish the onsen was hotter. Milk provided with the coffee would also be nice!

The location of this hotel is very convenient for us in term of shopping and foods. Easy to move around. Onsen is ok. Breakfast is good but a little bit crowded.

Property is well kept and great room to move around in. The shower could use better pressure! And the front desk staff has lost the Japanese welcoming vibe since it is filled with foreigner workers.. (not a negative but it matters to some like me)

Breakfast was delicious. Everything tasted so good, large variety, fresh, something different each day. Location was great and could get everywhere easily. Clean facility and comfortable rooms.
