The proximity to everything Sapporo has to offer while being quiet is huge. The owner was also patient and accommodating, and the room itself was spacious, as well as cozy. N/A

location good not for family!! dirty and stuffy room. No A/C. The owner asked us to open the window instead for hot summer! we decided to cancel after the first night and was charged 70% of the rent if I remember correctly. maybe better suited for young person who tries to save money. not for family!

The staff was nice. It's in a good place near Susukino, but a bit far from any transport. There was NO AIR CONDITIONING. We got lucky on not so hot days (max 33°C), but the room still was too hot even when there were 20°C outside. The ladder is a bit uncomfortable to carry luggage, be aware of it! A bit too pricey with those things in consideration.

Great location and the staff was very kind and helpful! Our room didn't have AC, which is pretty typical of houses in Hokkaido, but that meant even with the fan on and the window open, our room got very warm. Not a huge deal, just something to be aware of! Also, parking is listed on the page, but there are only a handful of spots. It was full when we checked in, so we had to pay for parking down the street anyway.
