Bad choice This is an establishment operating under the guise of a hotel but actually providing illicit sexual place. Located in a red-light district, the hotel's interior is strangely decorated. The front desk staff completely misunderstands English, making communication impossible. Booking.com irresponsibly fails to provide legitimate travelers with the necessary safeguards against such establishments. When we cancelled our booking before check-in, Booking.com did not fulfill its obligation to refund our money.

The free breakfast was disappointing. It is just cup noodles. The wifi is crap but my cell service worked fine so that wasn’t really a problem for me.

The entrance, the room, the jacuzzi, the snacks/drinks/toys, the staff, the price. Everything was good. There are limited food options for breakfast, but if you grab a chicken from family mart to go with the curry in the morning, it’s perfect.

Its very clean and nice. The room is also spacious. I like how aesthetic the vibe is. I wish there was netflix..

The staff were extremely helpful even though I didn’t speak Japanese and they went out of their way to help me.

Blue Hotel Supreme is a love hotel in the Susukino area of Sapporo. It is very well-located and close to two subway Nanboku and Tozai) lines. The hotel is very discrete (you enter through the parking garage, not the main doors). There are no common facilities (this is normal in a hotel) so things like breakfast (which come with the room) are brought to your room. You can choose 1 of the following: 1) hot cheese, ham and tomato sandwich, 2) Japanese breakfast, which is a yakionigiri and miso soup, or 3) a breakfast curry. The room was very spacious and comfortable with many amenities. You can buy things from the vending machine (both sexy things and food/drinks), there is a Google Chromecast connected to the TV, and I definitely loved the hot tub/jacuzzi in the room! Being a love hotel, the staff are very discrete and it is unlikely that you are going to see any other guests while you stay here. I would happily stay here again when I come back to Sapporo if I want to stay downtown. There was nothing not to like. I speak Japanese so I did not test the language skills of the staff. It may be possible that they do not deal with foreigners very often, so their English skills may be basic (or non-existent).

I got one breakfast and forgot to order the next day's breakfast but that's fine. The staff were excellent, the room was HUGE and Love Hotels are really great for solo female travellers like me. Around the corner from the train subway and out of the typical tourist main streets so there was less stress. And free unlimited Vitamin C drink and creamed corn was a great surprise! NOTHING. Loved it all!

The room floor was carpet-based, which triggered my dust mite allergy - so I couldn’t stay in the Room for very long.

The property is so clean and everything is replenished. Nothing. Although there is language barrier but still the staff tried so hard to understand our questions

Room was large with complete set of Bath Amenities. We found The pillows smell very bad on one day when we return to the hotel. Asked the staff to exchange them immediately. How bad does it smell? I almost threw up. Also smoking is allowed, so even if we don’t smoke, the room still has smoke smells coming from other rooms.

The whalesong and black lights in the foyer are a trip. The wand by the bed made it extra special.
