they gave early check in..it was amazing in japan..usually eventhough the room already ready they will wait untill 3 pm for check in...this is a special treatment experience location is also very good nearby center of susukino

Great location close to many restaurants and shops, helpful staff, enjoyed the Japanese style rooms with flood beds on tatami mats room on the smaller size

looked forward to the breakfast every morning. We had a group of 14 people staying at the hotel and location was so awesome for all the group to go off on their own coz everything is within minutes walking

Nothing in particular. Very standard hotel but the bed was nice The dining area looked cheap.

Location is very good at the heart of Susukino and just by the ramen street there was smell (from cooking) when you open the window

Staff was very friendly and excellent. Very good breakfast … must try atleast once. Location was near the red light district so maybe not recommended for kids. There were a lot of hostess clubs around the area.

The location. The breakfast. Maybe offer other choices and not just local food. Same with lunch. And maybe keep the food warm too.

Location, Susukino station was a block away, same with airport bus stop. Restaurants everyway you turned. Snow Festival sculptures also a block away and the main display at Odori Park was a few blocks away too. Loved the Japanese style breakfast. Concierge also helped me get a reservation when i first booked the room a few months ago. Nothing not to like about this hotel, highly recommended. Nothing to dislike.

There are a few laundry machines. I saw 2 machines at 3st floors and waited for used long times. And A/C or Heating used centralized not privated.
