Very good location, 4 minute walk from the subway station and peaceful Nakajima Koen and 15 minutes to bustling Susukino. Quiet for most of it, no noises in the corridor. The only thing I heard from my room was the cleaner doing the room next door at 12:30, so no problem. Loved that the room had a humidifier! Breakfast had an amazing selection of Japanese and local Hokkaido items. The staff were 5 ⭐! I went to drop my bag before check-in around 12 and they told me I could just go straight to my room. Breakfast starts at 7AM, a little late and that makes it busy from the get go. Usually when breakfast starts at 6 or 6:30 it allows guests to slowly pour in before the 7-8AM rush, creating a better experience. For a 4 star hotel, the rooms and bathrooms probably need a little revamp.

The location was easy to get to and get around from, and it was very good for the price. Nothing in particular. I just didn't stay long enough or use certain things to give an opinion on them.

I like the view of Nakajima koen from my room. The bed was atrocious. I think I had pins and needles on my arm when I woke in the morning because the bed was sunken so low.

Two pillows! One hard one, one soft one. Also fantastic location next to the beautiful Nakajima Koen.
