Excellent location, and a good size room for a couple or a solo traveler. It took the water a solid 6+ mins. to heat up. And besides, the toilet room itself was T I N Y.

I liked the beds, bathroom, spacious room, and the free coffee and tea. The location and view was great, too. The air conditioner / heating system was a bit loud, but being on sixth floor, we didn't need it.

I love the location of this hotel. It’s opposite the Nakajima Park and how accessible it is to the train station and Kombini. It was such a memorable and beautiful stay for our family. The toilet is really small, I understand as in Japan it’s known for this. Other than that it’s amazing.

2. Subway near, 400m, and has a lift 3. It has room with tripple bed for family 4. I was not careful n lost my tumbler and the staff helped me find it quickly. They are nice. Bathroom so small

Hotel is nice, located 15 min by subway from Sapporo center but close to one of the city biggest park and other attractions. Room are spacious and clean. We booked 2 nights in a raw but not simultaneously, but hotel was not able to accommodate us the same room for 2 nights (while we were ready to downgrade / pay extra fees). A bit annoying then to have to check in / check out . However, the staff help to transfer the luggage from one room to an other. No other issue otherwise.

The location good for morning walking, exercise, get the fresh air. Even the roon is good, Unfortunately the air condition become heater at mid of the night. It is nightmare made me can not slept. Moreover the window can not open even just a bit for get the fresh air. I have no problem with the room cleanliness.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Good breakfast. Really friendly staff. Wear and tear is quite obvious but nothing major. Toilet was a bit small but still ok.

The staff was welcoming, the room was cleaned daily, and there were good facilities for laundry and snacks. The time I had there was too short (⌒_⌒;)
