Location is fantastic. Short walk from susukino station and odori park. Hotel is clean and offers breakfast if you would like. Washing machines are available for use. The rooms were spacious.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is big and view is nice. Toilet's a little old. One staff member doesn't speak English and didn't try to communicate either. She would say, "I don't speak English" and then look away. Everybody else was very nice and helpful.

Good price compare to others accommodation Cleaning staffs. Bath soap until 3 nights not refill at all. Must go to receptionist to get refill. We stay here for 6 nights.
