Good

The location was great and the view from the room was lovely. The staff were friendly and tried their best to help us even though they didn't speak a lot of English. The common area with complimentary hot drinks and snacks was really good and also the amenities offered were really good. The room was comfortable but very very small, there wasn't space to keep the suitcase open. It's ok though, we just had to have them closed and upright whilst we were there, this is more of a warning

Meal services Just how strong the odor of the smoke left in the smoking room was

Second time staying at this hotel and it’s worth the money. The service bread and donuts station is really good. Had the breakfast once also and it’s really worth it. Not that i didn’t like but the public bath was closed and it wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking and it was actually one of the selling points for me choosing this hotel again. It’s scheduled to reopen in march so im guessing they’re just being cheap and not wanting to mantain it during high season, which is disappointing and i might choose a different hotel next time for this exact reason

Clean, small room, does the job. Easy to get to, a few stops from the main station. Great breakfast, and all afternoon until 10pm an exceptional snacking area with drinks, homemade donuts and soft serve with toppings. Exceptional value for money. Onsen was sadly unavailable.

The free doughnuts and baked goods as well as the free ice cream and drinks were freshly made and delicious. Good location just on the edge of the night life so it’s not too loud, but not too far from the action. The room is outdated. The bed is rock hard with old spring mattresses and just a single bed sheet between you and the comforter. The edges of the bed is hard metal with hardly any padding. The humidity was tolerable in the summer. The shower nozzle was not adjustable. The step into the bathroom was at least 5 inches high so it could be hazardous. It’s a typical manufactured bathroom, but like the room, the bathroom is far too outdated. Even the mini fridge looks like it was from the 80s.

Hotel is cheap and in a good location. The room was comfortable and clean.

Superb

Free ice cream and soft drinks was a very appreciated little extra! Great location about 10-15 minutes walk from most of the main restaurants and attractions. Lovely staff. Good value. The bed and pillow were rock hard!!

Free donuts/snacks/etc were nice. Good affordable breakfast. The stairwell smelled like cigarettes and was full of odd things like old mattresses. The bed was very small for 2 people and pretty uncomfortable! Staff didn’t speak much english, though did fine using google translate to check in.

Excellent ? Cheap breakfast and lounge access with bread and drinks

The room is a bit small but it’s very clean, beds are comfortable, shower water pressure strong and good Wi-Fi. Breakfast is superb, like that the breakfast place is open till 10 pm which is so convenient for us to gather there to chit chat or grasp a drink before heading out for dinner or have the food which we packed on our outings there rather than in our rooms. Generally the hotel is very clean, staff very polite and check in and out is a breeze. One highlight is their ‘soft serve’ aka ice cream is awesome . Location is great, walking distance to the train station and three stops to Sapporo. There are a lot of eateries within walking distance and a beautiful park near the train station. For the price paid this place is really great value for money. Highly recommend. Nothing.

Amenities provided from Bath salts to free flow ice cream and drinks. Fantastic breakfast too. Room sizes are a little small

The location, the staff, the room. 3 mins walk to the subway station, Lovely staff who are very friendly and helpful. My room was spotless clean and they gave me extra towels whenever I put DND on my door because I don’t need cleaning everyday. Otherwise, they cleaned the room everyday. The free pastries from 2pm to 10pm and Softdrinks and ice cream! The public bath was this time under renovation. They could have informed ahead of time all the guests and not be surprised when you checked in but this is just minor thing.
-
Location is amazing, they have manga, an onsen, and all you can eat coffee and ice cream! It was great overall!

Breakfast was remarkable and cheap(500yen!) Really surprised. Free drinks and bread all day long. Spacious room Only 2 washing machines. Always busy. Onsen from some time is under maintenance and closed. I wasn't informed about that(I already had booked the night month before the maintenance started)

Fantastic size and appointment room Great breakfast selection Unlimited ice cream and drinks from midday. Great after getting back to the hotel after a busy day Nothing Everything was great.

Check in was difficult. When I approached the desk both clerks were very hesitant to help me, with one even motioning to go to that clerk, and the clerk rolling theirs eyes before assisting. It seemed more like the employees didn't get along. The bed was hard. It was so firm that it was difficult to sleep and I woke with a lot of muscle tension.

We have stayed here before and really liked it so we came back. It was good to see that not too much has changed since we were last here 5 years ago. In fact its gotten better! The cafe out the front shut down during corona and now they use it for a lounge where you can relax and have all you can eat free icecream with their make your own sundae bar and have unlimited drinks and fresh baked breads! They also have package deals for all you can drink alcohol with beers and many spirits and mixers on offer. Its an Eco hotel so you can opt for no room cleaning and they will still give you new towels every day and they will give you a free Sapporo beer for every day you opt for no room cleaning! They also have free yoghurt milks in the change room for after Onsen! And a manga library room with so many books to read. Theres also more couches/ comfy spots to sit in the lobby area. Its a great location, between Nakajimakoen and Susukino stations and a close walk to Susukino main area for restaurants and nightlife. There is Seicomart and an awesome cheap grocery store across the road. Its also next to a very pretty river which has ducks and koi fish. Tea and amenities are downstairs. They also have a breakfast buffet in the morning in the old cafe (now lounge) which is really affordable and they have so many of their fresh baked breads on offer! If you love bread you will feel so spoilt! The beds are small for two people. I heard there may be a bigger room option with a bigger bed so we will opt for the larger room if possible next time. The Onsen is switched between men and women at different times and we kept missing the times we wanted to use it. I don’t know what else you can do about that. We just arranged our nights around the onsen times.
