Close to Odori Park and the station.

The onsen was great. I appreciated the amenities in the room. It was in the red light area of Susukino, I did not enjoy that

Loved the Onsen. The rooms are a little dated, didn’t bother us. But clean. Staff friendly. Nothing!

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was clean and nice facilities. There wasn't enough staff to keep up with the breakfast demand and the breakfast wasn't as nice as other Route-Inn Hotels but I appreciate that they serve it.l

It was close to underground shops and train station ?. Also I left something behind in the room and they'll keep it until I go back. The hotel and staff go beyond expectations. ❤️ The bed was for me a little hard. But staying longer I didn't mind it at all.

There was 24 hr reception and the staff spoke reasonable English. It was very clean, had a large bedroom with comfortable bed and it was quite soundproof. Bathroom was great and the breakfast was fabulous. This isn’t really a complaint, it’s just unusual to have the reception on the 5th floor. It was a little away from the centre, but there was a subway nearby.

The room was quiet and peaceful. The location was excellent for transport, restaurants, bars, music venues. The station was easily within walking distance. The rooms furniture was very comfortable and relaxing. I didn't need the staff but they were always willing to help. The breakfast was so-so. The breakfast wasn't bad but I like fruit and nut cereals with yogurt. I do get such service in some hotels. I imagine that the breakfast is aimed at Japanese diners. So, I imagine Japanese guests were fine with the breakfast - just me!

I will be back to stay here in the future since I experienced good in this trip. I could not get an appointment of massage service which is recommended by the hotel, even I called sometimes.
