Convenient location, breakfast was good, the cleaning staff were really nice. Tiny bathroom, the front entry was dark and hidden.

Stayed here and loved it! The staff were super kind and helpful, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect! just a short walk to the MRT and many attractions nearby. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Good location downtown, easy walking to all of the main attractions. Lawson's right next door for snacks and drinks. Breakfast was pretty good and the breakfast staff were amazing. Rooms were typical Japanese size but clean and comfortable. Laundry room was convenient and the non-smoking policy was key for us (they have a smoking room in the lobby). There's minimal parking at the hotel which is supposed to be first come first serve although we were told that it was full even when we saw there were spots...there's parking a half block away though and the hotel will validate it for 1800yen/24hrs. Coffee at breakfast could be better, it was just drip.

Not worth it We went during snow festival which is high season and I get it but it was extremely expensive for what it was. Small, no good amenities, you need to take out your own trash!! Also located in a central area, yes, but all near the “happy ending” clubs/nightlife/pr*st!tution area and you see weird people at night in all the nearby streets

we landed after a long flight and had a 3 year old with us and when we arrived they only had a double bed arranged despite us paying for two beds. The lady argued with us for a while until finally agreeing we had paid. Not what we wanted after a long flight - but otherwise it was great location and would recommend

Staff was friendly, we missed our first night stay due to a delayed flight and despite a communication barrier they were able to sort everything out and retained our reservation for the rest of the stay. Location is a bit of a walk from Susukino Station, could be an issue with large luggage.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good breakfast, everything you need in the heart of big city. Everything was fine, but not perfect, maybe for the price we expected more but this is just how Sapporo is we guess.
